Accept your anxiety let it know that you accept it that it can stay because it’ll not stop you from going through your day it won’t control you it won’t bother you , tell it to stay for how long it wants but your not going to entertain it you won’t give it tea and coffee you won’t clean the place before it comes because your too busy working on yourself so don’t fight your anxiety let it be and when it knows that it’s not the important thing in your life anymore it will pack up and leave .
