I don't like myself, my friends, my family, my hobbies, my room, everything

my therapist would tell me not to be so fatalistic, check my thoughts, what is happening, where is it coming from? I'd pick it apart, say, maybe it's my pms, maybe because dieting is hard and I'm failing like a champion. maybe that's it. maybe I do like things. and people.

just not at this hour... not this evening maybe, maybe tomorrow again...

she hasn't. she has found yet another method to try out!

what I found out so far:

my satiety level is far better on low carb/keto than on low fat/high carb

high carb/low fat makes me so FULL but craaazy hungry. I can never be full enough - it's honestly uncomfortable

low carb/high fat has the problem for me, that when I'm still hungry I can only resort to fat/protein, which sometimes doesn't do the trick...

so what is the new plan? the plan is LC-meals for breakfast + lunch, and high carb/low fat for dinner

that's iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit

I'm planning to eat more carbs and immediately I put oatmeal on my grocery list and think of fruits, when actually I meant to eat more legumes and starchy veggies and also not cut out all the fat suddenly....

oh it's more than half time already... wow... nothing happened concerning my weight...

I did lc for almost 3 weeks I think? Nothing happend.

So I'll add in more carbs (like lentils, beans, high carb veggies) and cut out more fat...

... pls body do something haha

ah but. lc felt really good - and even if I ate lots, I didn't gain any weight, so that's a good thing to find out too.
