Мобилността е свобода! 🙏 Когато придобиеш мобилност ти не влагаш толкова усилие да мислиш дали ще успееш да извършиш дадено движение, а просто оставяш тялото да опита. Не изпитваш страх защото добре познаваш гъвкавостта и прецизността на дадената става в определено движение или поза. 🤓👌 Да си мобилен не е опасно ако си постоянен и даваш време на тялото си да прогресира постепенно. Един път усетиш ли прогрес става пристрастяващо и животът ти се променя завинаги към по-добро! 🤗👍 Всеки може да стане по-мобилен и да се чувства свободен в движенията си!!! 💯👆 Mobility is freedom! 🙏 When you gain some mobility you stop to think if you can execute the move and just let the body do it. You stop to fear it because you know well the flexibility and precision of the joint in the given move or pose.🤓👌 To be mobile is not dangerous if you keep the consistency and give the body some time to progress. За това на децата им е доста по-лесно да схващат нещата бързо. Когато им показвате нещо те са на 100% там и следят внимателно движенията докато зрелият човек се бори с егото си, притеснява се да не се изложи, непознатото не му харесва и често се чуват думите "Не мога" и има куп проблеми на г��авата. Ако искате да направите нещо имитирайте движението и си дайте шанс, не използвайте думите "не мога", правете си го интересно, скачайте в дълбокото. Благодаря на момчетата от квартала за съветите и безбройните показна.
