The wierdness of this keeps getting wierder. Is it allowable that a person gets arrested, ordered released by a judge, then arrested again on the SAME charges?
I have no love or respect for Mr. Smirnov, or how his lies have been manipulated, but is this allowable? There's no new evidence - the Special Prosecutor just took it to a different judge.
I am out of my depth here. Is this allowed?

It's a throwaway sentance in the whole article, but this is one of the goals.
A nut-case religion that most Americans don't belong to wants to not only ban abortion, but divorce as well, and they've started getting victories.
This is a feature, not a bug.
Keep religion OUT of government.
