Add ¼ cup tapioca and 2 tablespoons. sugar to the pot, continuously stirring so the tapioca doesn’t stick.
After the water comes to a boil, cover with lid at medium heat for 5 minutes.
Drain the tapioca.

Tea -
Add 2 tablespoons of tea powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and an equal amount of milk and water to a glass. (Or you can use just milk. But make sure that if you use water there is an equal amount of both. If not, add more milk than water! Never more water than milk.)
Mix it in a blender or stir manually.
Add the tapioca (and ice if desired) to the glass.
