The smirk remained on her face, "but you won't.." She teased, sliding them into the back pocket of her white shorts. Once he pulled away she followed closely behind him.

The smirk on her face became more apparent as he spoke to her and she inched closer. “I can go back to my room if you want,” she teased, pulling the cards out from methinks her back, “but then you’ll never know my cards.”

Once again, her cheeks flushed their natural shade if pale pink embarrassment. “Your room isn’t far,” she whispered, softly running her hand down his chest, “what’s that game called again?”

"Blackjack, right," she nodded, pretending to pay attention as he shuffled the cards before them. He still spoke, and she waited as he dealt the cards to her. "Aces," she added mindlessly nodding, "got it," she smiled, snatching the cards and moving to stand. "Race you to your room," she giggled before taking off in a full sprint down the hall.

"Not in the slightest." He leaned into the kiss slightly before shuffling the cards. "We’re going to start off with Blackjack, it’s a lot easier than poker. Since you’re new, I’d prefer if I was the dealer. I’ll give you two cards, both faced up, and myself two cards, one faced down and the other up. The idea is to get as close to 21 as possible. Aces count as either 1 or 11. The dealer has to keep getting cards if, in this case, he has less than 17."

Annalise couldn't help but smile, her eyes detouring and her cheeks flushing as his face neared hers. The tightness in her stomach grew to a cinch, but then he moved, to her dismay, and her face quickly fell as she trotted after him. "A prize," she smirked, wrapping her arm around his chest as she threw the cards on the table in front of him, "what are you willing to give me?"

Jamie walked over to her, a little faster than he meant to. Leaning his nose into hers, the boy smirked. “That depends..” He bit his lip before pulling back without a kiss. He walked over to the table and sat in one of the chairs. “What do you want?”
