Jane! This is entirely based on a role play I did with my six gang, my sister being Jane.

Since Lina is the one who asked Jane to be her girlfriend she felt that she should be the one to propose.

So while they were one a beach vacation, Jane pulled Lina aside and led her to a secluded spot that had a picnic already set up (from the other queens). They splashed around in the water and after a bit Jane proposed and Lina obviously said yes.

After that they took a bunch of pictures and when they got home had a party to celebrate the happy couple. That’s where Anna gave Lina a pendent with a photo of Jane down on one knee inside and revealed that they all knew about it and were watching and taking photos.

She wore the pendant on their wedding day.
