Yo.

So... A lot has happened in my life. Some good, some bad. Mostly meh, lol.

But, I think this blog will go on an indefinite hiatus.

I just have... Nothing I wanna talk about. I have a backlog of asks (57, I should say), but I don't have the mental capacity to go through them all. I may go through them someday, but right now, I just don't know.

If I never end up coming back, I want to let y'all know that I had fun.

I started this blog 3ish years ago because I had a massive Ben 10 hyperfixation. That sort of still exists, but with the massive dry well we've had with content, I have nothing. There is something I am working on for the series, but I don't feel comfortable with sharing it, at least... Not yet. It's a massive thing, and it's just... I way too much of a wimp when it comes to sharing my stuff, lol.

Maybe once we get another show, then a major comeback will happen. For sure.

Because when that happens

I have been informed that the voice actor for Professor Paradox, David McCallum, has sadly passed away.

Paradox was one of the best additions Alien Force made to the secondary cast. He was always a joy when he showed up on screen.

May he rest in peace.

I love Zed. She's a good alien doggo.

The issue is that her most prominent appearances are as Khyber's pet, and the majority of the time we see her is when she's transformed. If I remember correctly, her biggest appearance outside of those is during the college episode.

I wish she was used more often, but since she's Kevin's pet, who's hardly in Omniverse as it is, I get why she didn't get more appearances.

Idea from my discord server members, Ben orders pup cups a lot cus they're just whipped cream in a cup. One time, he gets one for Zed, but on the way, forgets that it was for her. As soon as she sees him drinking the pup cup, she decides to give him a piece of her mind! @sheeperzzz

Hey. I've seen some of your Ben 10 Rebooted AU stuff and I think you've got some neat ideas there (ex. Glitch being utilized more, Ben & Gwen being half-Anodites in a way that isn't a retcon (especially to Gwen's magic abilities), Lord Decibel being part Sonorosian & a failed Rooters experiment, Ben & Kevin being in a relationship, Ben & friends going on Scooby-Doo-like adventures, etc).

Thought of this for awhile, but I do have a question to ask you regarding the Rebooted AU:

What inspired you to create the Rebooted AU in the first place, as well as the tiny rewrites of the 2016 reboot series?

As for the inspiration, I just thought the reboot had a lot of potential, and I wanted to explore that. I still do, and I think not making a follow-up series to the reboot would be a mistake. I really got attached to the world of the reboot, and think it needs more love.

In my personal opinion, XLR8 has never had a bad design. Every iteration has been really cool.

Four Arms has been a bit... Dull to me. Not bad, but not one of my favorites.

Ditto's mah boy. Love Ditto so much.

Eye Guy I've never been a fan of. As a joke alien, he's alright, but nothing I've particularly liked. Bit too creepy for me.

I remember your [insert Ben 10 alien] Appreciation Weeks and how the Ben 10 community (at least from the folks I followed from) came together to make content for the themed week, whether it be art or headcanons. You brought folk together when you did that I think and I really believe you were a glue to the more wholesome side of the fandom, so thank you!

Thank you!!! It was a just a little project I did because I was bored and had nothing better to do. I sadly don't have the time or energy to start them up anytime soon, but I do want to get back into them sometime. Sadly, a lot of people who used to follow me I don't think do anymore, which makes sense, I haven't had a consistent posting thing in a while.

So, I recently rewatched all of OS, and I'm very surprised about how fucking quality it is. Like, I liked some episodes less than others, but there are episodes I used to not like so much that I think are pretty good.

Divided We Stand is still the best episode of the show, and my personal favorite of the entire franchise.
