I’ve seen quite some people struggle to sort their CC. After giving tips and solutions I thought why not make an empty mods folder! This means there is NO CC inside this folder. You’ll have to put all your cc in the folders. 3 Versions: Cas Only Build Buy Only Merged

You can download this empty mods folder and extract it into your “The Sims 4″ folder. If you don’t know how, follow this: Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 4 -> Drop mods folder here. Run the game with the empty mods folder FIRST before adding any cc to it.

A bit of info on Build/Buy: I’ve sorted the folder as to how it is in the game. Everything is sorted it by “Objects By Function” instead of by each room. Download: SimFileShare || No Ads || CAS Only SimFileShare || No Ads || Build/Buy Only SimFileShare || No Ads || MERGED

Pavir is a tool that allows you to acces some information about a Sims 4 custom content .package file. You can also use it to remove or sort CC into subfolders. (removed files are moved to the recycle bin)

It's a tool that I created for myself, but I think it will find use for all simmers.

the art of joey chou calendar - c&d required

-nervous laughter- Hi all! This is my first real piece of CC, a recolour of the calendar from Cats & Dogs using Joey Chou’s wonderful artwork. Imo there isn’t enough Disney CC that is truly functional outside of playing a princess, so I’m hoping to remedy that. This is my first step! It isn’t perfect and there’s likely some mistakes (though hopefully none) but I hope you’ll enjoy!

Shoutout to the anon that wanted this :^D the only thing you need to do it edit your picture, drag it onto the psd, press ctrl+t and adjust the size. All the text layers are editable to you can make postcards for any world and there are two outline options, one white and one colour.

Simlish Police ID psd

I mean it doesn’t have to be a police id make it say whatever you want. I tried to make it less confusing but there a lottttt of text layers all clumped in different folders so whoops haha. There’s also a video in there on how to put your picture in there if you really need it :^)

You need to download this simlish font and this one (mai ottograf) as well as this font for the numbers because i refuse to believe sims use regular numbers

🍃It's time to say goodbye to the GROVE Set, I finished it with a banger of 74 items for Part 4, I just didnt want it to be over😢🍃

After a short break, I am back:) and as you might have noticed I am working on an East Asian-inspired set. The FAYUN Set will stretch over the next three months and I will focus on Bedroom, Living room, and Exterior/ Garden items.

The inspiration was built up over a few months, especially inspirational to me is the Aman Fayun (hence the name) and the last straw that broke the camel's back was when I found a detailed book about Ming and Qing dynasty furniture and how it was made. I mainly concentrated on Ming Dynasty pieces, I just love their shapes and elegance. With all the history attached to those pieces, I want to use them in a modern way and will combine them with a few western style items.

As you can see in the pictures this month is the bedroom month. I worked on different storage items, a cabinet, a clothing rack (inspired by an ancient balance scale holder), and a chest. I sculpted a lot of details into the wood for the first time ( little holes and scratches) to bring it to life :) I also created a new wood texture for those items too.

For this set I created new dramatic floor-length bedding and a fabric-covered bedframe, somehow I always see that type of bed in Axel Vervoordt interiors and it's only about time I bring it into your games :D and there will be sofas in that style coming next month :) Inspired by Aman Fayun I created a love seat, an armchair a canopy for the bed, and a screen.

There has been a bit of a learning curve this month, I experimented with more organic shapes and created hanging clothes for the clothing rack, that task was tough but I am really happy about the outcome, it's all hand modeled and sculpted. Maybe I create a few CAS pieces in the future and find back to my roots as a fashion designer. One last mention: there is a little table mirror and book clutter.

This set is now on Early Access and will go public on the 5th of November

Ya Baysic! 

Felixandre & Hey Harrie are back with yet another collaboration, but this time it is for that simpler life! It's great to have unique one of a kind pieces in your Sims’ homes, but sometimes it's the Baysic items that are missing. This set of 90 items aims to solve the problem for the living, dining, kitchen and bedroom.

Kitchen: Two fully fledged kitchens with not only a rainbow of colour swatches, but also special accent counters, appliance units, fridge nooks and colour co-ordinated appliances. Not forgetting the new kitchen prep trolley & clutter pieces to turn your house into a home.

Dining: A set of matching dining tables in 3 sizes along with a matching dining chair and pendant lighting 

Living: Full suite of matching sofa, love seat and armchair, plus your favourite ‘Needs No Introduction’’ accent armchair, along with matching side & coffee table and lighting options for every area of the room

Bedroom: The most requested item has finally been brought to life! The ‘Packs Wardrobe System’ enables you to create a custom built in wardrobe with 3 different cupboard fronts that snap into place and allow you to create an infinite amount of colour combinations to suit your room design perfectly. Of course there is a matching set of double, single and toddler bed frames and comfy bedding

99.9% of the items are Base Game compatible, however the ‘Colour Pop High Oven’ requires DHD to be fully functional. If you don’t own that pack the item will still place in game, but be purely decorative. 

Also make sure to have auto counters turned off when placing built-in appliances, otherwise they disappear when placed. You can always turn auto counters back on once placed :)
