Tighnari, Cyno, Alhaitham & Kaveh: are all on field DPS
What it is: They are unable of synergizing with each other therefore a team of the four boys would't work optimally.
What I see: Four scholars who when alone are geniouses but share half of a braincell when together

Extra friendly reminder to never take any theories in Genshin as factual.
In fact, don't even take anything the game presents as 100% accurate either, every single narrator in the game is biased and unrealiable and every single information presented to us is prone to change due to context.

This is how I imagine Alhaitham messes with Kaveh.
Additionally, Haravatat is one of the Six Darshans, the six main schools of Sumeru Akademiya. Its specialty is studying semiotics and it includes disciplines such as linguistics and ancient runes studies.

Frankenstein and It's Many Pararels Inside Genshin's Story
Let's start with a summary of the 1831 Frankenstein book:
Dr. Frankenstein is a scientist of pride, he discarted morality and closed himself off from the world just to achieve his own goals, and that goal was the knowledge of a god, the power of a god, he wanted to be god. And so he created The Monster.
The Monster was like a newborn, but because he was well, a monster in appearence, Dr. Frankenstein neglected and abandoned it because he did not want to deal with the consequence of his arrogance.
The Monster learned to love humanity as it has human emotions, but humans were afraid of him because of his appearence, The Monster thought it could instead experience humanity from afar, but that only brought it extreme lonelyness, and no matter what good it made, the moment it came too close, it would always be met with scorn and violence.
Due to this, The Monster started to despise Dr. Frankenstein, because he brought it into this world just to abandon it, and it decided that it wanted its creator to either experience the same suffering as it had or to make it another monster to keep company.
Dr. Frankenstein agreed to make another monster after The Monster killed his younger brother, due to the deal that it would desappear into the woods and never bother humanity ever again, but in fear of the possibility of The Monster not keeping its promise, there being a second one and possibly more if reproduction was possible, Dr. Frankenstein backed out of the deal.
Dr. Frankenstein had not told anyone about The Monster, not because they wouldn't believe him, but because of how they would view him afterwards. So even though his loved ones were in dire danger, he still chose to save face instead of telling them of his actions. He truly believed The Monster would kill him in retaliation to breaking the deal, but instead it started killing everyone around him, starting with his best friend and ending with his wife.
And in turn, Dr. Frankenstein started a mad pursue for The Monster to kill it once and for all, if he fell behind, The Monster would purposefully leave traces, if he ran out of food and water, The Monster would give him some, always keeping Dr. Frankenstein alive just so he could keep the chase.
On the end of his days, Dr. Frankenstein got help from a ship traveling to the North Pole in which was on a expedition to research the origins of earth's magnetic field, if the ship went any further, it would be stranded on the ice and everyone on board would die, so the captain wanted to turn around.
Dr. Frankenstein was against it, because his pursue of The Monster was a bigger goal than the many lives on that ship, they had to take him to the North Pole where The Monster had gone.
The captain refused, and Dr. Frankenstein died in his sleep. The Monster later weeped on his bed, its creator was all that it had, and now he was gone.
Dr. Frankenstein was an arrogant man, so pridefull he tried to be god, and so cowardly he ran away the moment reality hit, and until the end of his days, kept on chasing his own grandiose mentality, of being greater than human.
And The Monster, in its envy of Dr. Frankenstein, anger in its abandonement and pursue of acceptance, destroyed everything it had learned to love, it had become the demon everyone accused it to be, it should never have been brought into this world, so The Monster decided to end it all, throwing itself into a fire.
Now let's talk paralels
1) The Arrogation of Human Kind, Khaenri'ah, Khemia, Rhinedottir, The Primordial Human Project & Albedo
Reading through the Prayers tiara artifact set descriptions, we can clearly see the parallel of human kind wanting to have godly knowledge and paying a heavy price for it.
Not only that, Khemia uses ley line energy to create life, and said life can be corrupted and transformed into dangerous abominations such as the Riftwolves and Durin.
Rhinedottir and the Primordial Human Project is the most suspiscious because of the "Primordial" part of the project, possibly hinting at the primordial gods.
And lastly, in Shadows Amidst Snowstorms, Albedo talks about the act of creation and how "being able to create things makes you a god", and by the end of the quest, he is no longer reluctant in the pursuit of creation, for as long as he does not let it go over his head, the act of creation is not an act of arrogation.
2) Dottore
I believe this one is the most obvious, Dottore has parallels both with Dr. Frankenstein and The Monster, as he both wants to go beyond god and is aware of his own monstruosity.
He is arrogant and prideful, he pays no mind to morality and goes after surpassing all limitations of human kind.
At the core, his pursue is not evil, for to strive to better one self and achieve your goals is something human. Curiosity is not something to neither shame nor fear. But he took it too far, and feels no remorse about it, in fact, pities the poor humans who both try to accept him despite his monstruosity and are horrified for they cannot comprehend his greatness.
3) Raiden Ei
Now she has also a few parallels with Dr. Frankenstein, not much but still there and I feel they are very obvious.
She has created her own monster in the form of a prototype puppet, and neglected it, abandoned it.
And not only that, she would later create another puppet, and she would lock herself away, all the while those she was supposed to protect were killing each other, at some point her own prototype coming back to wreck havock in revenge for its abandonement, and yet she still chose to remain passive.
4) Scaramouche
This one as well is pretty obvious, he has parallels with both Dr. Frankenstein and The Monster as well, though more with the latter.
He has human emotions but a non human body, he can only experience humanity from afar. He was never enough for anything, he wasn't human enough to experience life alongside humans, he wasn't good enough enough to not be abandoned, and he wasn't powerfull enough to save anyone.
Amidst his anger, he sought revenge against his creator but even that gave him no satisfaction. He pursued to be better, stronger, more powerfull, a god. He was born for greatness and he shall achieve it no matter the cost, but that only brought more pain and suffering, and in the end, he comes to the conclusion that he should never have been born at all, for his existence was his downfall.
As a final note to this word puke of mine due to finally reading Frankenstein (what have I been doing with my life before? Why have I only found this masterpiecs now? Shame on you Ray, SHAME-), I wonder what the final fate of Dottore & Rhinedottir will be, because while Scaramouche, Ei and Albedo pretty much scaped the tragedy of Frankenstein be it either because of self acceptance, change in mindset or self awareness, Dottore and Rhinedottir very much feel like they are both walking Dr. Frankenstein's path.
Rhinedottir still is in pursue of knowledge but it truly feels like she has lost much of her humanity in between being a renowed alchemist and the catalyst of Khaenri'ah's fall.
Dottore is much more obvious, pridefull, arrogant, shameless and apathetic. He has lost his humanity long time ago due to his obsession.
