I strongly encourage my followers who are both into fantasy CRPGs (BG3, DOS2, Kingmaker/WotR, etc) and Cyberpunky stuff (like 2077 and Rogue Trader) to check out the Shadowrun CRPGs done by Harebrained Schemes. The Shadowrun setting in itself is fascinating, a take on the idea of "what if swords & sorcery high fantasy but also cyberpunk dystopia" where you have chromed-out literal ogres, megacorporations run by literal dragons, hacker elves, and all kinds of other cool overlapping of the genres. The games are well done romps through that setting, with interesting characters, complex enough RPG build and combat elements to stay engaging, and lots of neat lore tidbits, all firmly in the kind of indie CRPG style we love. Dragonfall in particular is a standout in the series, and you can routinely find them on sale or in bundles.
