This fact is so scary that you often let your work affect your mental health.
Working in private firms, we usually exhaust ourselves because of high competition. If you are unable to do your work, then someone else will take over.
But, do you ever think about how you will give your best shot at your work if you are on the verge of a mental breakdown.
We all have to realize that Mental health is necessary.
So, if you are reading this post, then take a short break and eat some fruits (this is what I do for relaxing). If you don't have time for a break, then shut your eyes for a few seconds and breathe.
Remember, just like your body, your brain gets sick and tired too. So take care of it as well.
Think positive, and get back to your work with a fresh mindset.
