Rocky and Bullwinkle is actually about a goth super spy and his just-as-goth super spy girlfriend causing the chaos while in a committed relationship <3

Last year this month, I posted a MerMay piece featuring Connie Kendall from Adventures in Odyssey. Every May, several artists like me will post Mermaid-themed art to celebrate 'MerMay'. It's a great opportunity for us artists to work on our water themed art and characters. I can't recall who, but one fellow fan had mentioned Jules when I posted my Connie piece, so I thought I'd make Jules for MerMay this year. Maybe next year, I'll do Tasha or Jenny Whittaker...or Dr. Blackgaard as a shark, I don't know lol.

Here's my seasonal Autumn piece and hopefully soon an art print I can put for sale!

In the Mabinogion, a go-to collection of Welsh stories, we have 'The Dream of Macsen Wledig', in which Elen of the Hosts is the literal dream girl of a Roman Emperor. Upon finally finding her, he requested her hand in marriage. When she agreed and married him, she created many roads for her soldiers.

She is a minor character in my comic, The Vale of Wales ( @vowcomic ), in which many centuries of living in Annwn, the Otherworld, has turned her into something else...something different...

Every season, I like to create seasonal pieces featuring my characters, and when I think of Summer, I think of swimming pools! So have my @vowcomic's prissy Queen Eirian, her sister wives Ina and Filomena, and her handmaid Saffir. Since their husband Aloysius is an afanc like Eirian, they have many pools in his castle. You can take the lake monsters out of the lakes, but you can't take the lakes out of the lake monsters. I hope y'all are having a happy, safe summer!
