(( -_- )) “Ever since we’ve had the Photographer around, neither of us are fond of having one taken. I wasn’t that fond of them, in the first place. Never knew what I should be doing while I had my photo being taken. But it is important to record memories, isn’t it?“ (¬‿¬) “Just do whatever zany strikes you at the moment! It’s a lot of fun! That’s really just how I do photos. For fun!“ (( -_- )) “Well, I love taking photos of vast landscapes, with no person in focus.“

Vincent, the Caretaker ((▼ ▼)) (( -_- )) An often masked Caretaker of this Manor, cloaked in black feathers. He observes the matches from afar- it’s his job to make sure every function of this Manor performs as it should... including the ‘players’ themselves. He’s distant, but amicable to most. He often cooks in the spare time that he has... there’s plenty of people that would appreciate a good meal.

Moirai, the Artisan (¬‿¬)

The vibrant Artisan of the Manor. They allegedly design and craft most of the Manor’s fantastical costumes and items... this is true, to an extent. Probably. They (rarely) also partake in the matches themselves, during times in which there’s little work to do.

Pandora, the Beloved (.❛ ꒳ ❛.) A curious and reticent huntress of the Manor. A free spirit of wind, who tricks, manipulates and confounds her foes. She and the Caretaker seem to know each other quite well... she won’t be answering questions directly.

💧 For Moirai?

Moirai suffers from very severe insomnia. Due to certain events in their past, they’re used to sleeping very little at a time, and now isn’t able to break the habit... they’re scared of falling asleep, in fact. It doesn’t seem like the Manor cares to help with this issue.

Context

(( -_- )) “I do mind a bit, but it’s clear you probably won’t let up. And if I don’t get to it, Moirai will be the on talking, and that’s not something I want to happen. Anyways. The hunter I was talking about back then is known as Pandora, the Beloved.” (¬‿¬) ”Yeah, tell us all about it! You haven’t really told me anything, either!” (( -_- ))  “That’s for a reason. We had our first run in one of the manor’s kitchens. People tend to leave messes there, and things are, more times than not, damaged. She was lamenting the lack of certain ingredients and tools, which was something that was bothering me as well. So we helped each other with setting up a proper kitchen reserved for anyone that takes it a bit more seriously. It’s mostly been us two, which has been... fun. I’ve learned a lot.” ((▼ ▼)) ”...I’ll ask if she might like to answer some questions, too, sometime.” (.❛ ꒳ ❛.) “Hey, was someone talking about me?”

(( ᴗ_ᴗ )) “The first thing I like to do in the morning is... I just... go back to sleep. I have my first alarm set about an hour before I really need to get out of bed... and then I have a second alarm. My schedule’s a bit different... too. There’s a little overnight maintenance I have to do, so I go to sleep... and rise later than most. As for Moirai... well, actually... they’ve got a serious case of insomnia. They do say that the mornings are the best time of the day... Which they are. For napping.” (¬‿¬) “One of us can’t get enough of sleep, and the other can’t get any... huh. Well, I’ve gotten a bit used to it, but it’s no fun to have to deal with. But hey! More time designing things, and if I need more energy, that’s what energy drinks are for. I’m glad I’m not the one paying for all those.“

(( -_- )) “I guess you could say my temper is a slow boil? In any case, it’d be very irresponsible to let my emotions control by behavior, so I always make sure to maintain total control over myself. If there’s someone or something that’s being a problem, I just have to apply a solution and be on my way. It’s waste of energy to get fired up. Is that what’s called a cold temper?“ (¬‿¬) “I’m always chill! But I get really mad if you trash any of the things I’ve designed for you. Even if it looks a lil ugly, that’s the charm! How about you be the designer for a whole magical manor filled with all kinds of people and fantastical beings, huh? You want me to not even bother and just give you a potato sack? That way, I wouldn’t have to waste my time. Yeah, that’s what I thought. Punk.“

💚 GREEN HEART - what things make your oc’s feel comforted? hugs, kisses, food? (Yes both pls also have cookies 🍪🍪)

🍪ԅ(( -_- )) "All of the above, really. Eating pastries, taking a good nap or cooking a good meal are all comforting things to do. Of course, hugs and the like are only comfortable with somebody I'm close enough to, but anyways. Thanks for the cookies. I'll save them... unlike them." (¬🍪¬) They cannot properly reply, as their mouth is full of cookies. They seem grateful.

🌺 HIBISCUS - do they have any allergies?

 (¬‿¬) “We don’t have any allergies at all.” (( -_- )) “They’re allergic to cats. And dairy. It’s just that they would still hug all of the Manor’s cats and eat a tub of ice cream for breakfast. Which is understandable, but still.“ (¬‿¬) “I got told so long ago that was just a cat’s fur natural defense mechanism. To be fair, everyone in the family was also allergic to them, so why would I question it? I thought dealing with cats was worth it, and that’s why no one else I knew really brought it up, ever. Don’t ask how long I believed it. Which it still is, by the way... that Alexander the Great is so fluffy.” (( -_- )) “The Manor does make sure to keep track of any serious allergies, so that’s good.“

(You didn't specify who this was for, so you get both.) (( -_- )) "Naïve people don't think they are. That applies to you as well. Correct your behavior... but you don't need to hold onto the shame. Just recognize it. Also... be greedier." (¬‿¬) "Don't accept super weird and vague job positions. At least, it worked out okay... yeah, get that adventure, but have a backup plan!"

(( -_- )) "Oh, we're good enough friends, but neither of us is the others favorite in the first place, per se." (¬‿¬) "We have different ideas of fun, that's all! Personally, I like to stick around with some of the circus crew. Mike's a blast in particular! Annie's also great, since we've both got a bit of a background in the crafts." (( -_- )) "Well... I'd say mister Rene (@ask-idv-florist) is a great pleasure to be around. His work in the garden is very lovely. It's nice to see others putting work into this Manor." (¬‿¬) "Don't you have that hunter friend you talk about so much? You really can't stop talking about the time you spend together, hah!" (( -_- )) "She's a rather reticent one. I don't think anyone listening in would know about her, anyways... well, other than Rene. I suppose it's also worth noting I hang around plenty of the Hunters of this manor, since they, more often than not, require a bit of special attention."
