A question! :0! Does Panga view everyone around him like an animal? or is it just those who've caught his interest, cause I've been wondering if he sees Nath like wild animal...

Hmm, good question!

I'd say he views the vast majority of people as human (and so of little to no interest to him) but realising Silent Spy was mute allowed Panga to see him differently and to impose his own thoughts and beliefs onto Si's actions. He's probably not even consciously aware that he thinks of Si more like the injured animals he likes to take in than an actual human being with individual agency.

What kind of glasses does Double-O wear? Are they square? Round? Comically big or small reading glasses? I love this man

They are rather average looking reading glasses that would be completely unremarkable if it wasn't for them being awkwardly shoved under a skin-tight mask.

It does give him a headache after a while, having the sides of his glasses squashed against his head, but he's the stoic type so he suffers on in silence.

Taking them off to clean and then trying to thread them back on under his mask is a pain in the butt though.

Hey Benjamin, could you sneak behind Term real spy-like and give him the straight man's butt-slap? His writing is so good and we love him and you all so much that we're willing to wait forever, but some friendly encouragement never hurt anyone, don't you agree?

For some reason I can't get a scenario out of my head in which Renard hands out Si to Panga to be rid of him but as soon as Panga starts acting all "weird" towards the other blu spy, Renard grabs something near him out of reflex (maybe a pan) and knocks out Panga with it while starting to yell at Si to just disappear and to leave Nath alone. I'm sure that Si will be totally confused by that scenario but what do you think? and Renard's reaction would probably fit to what we learned in "Foe Yay".

Renard would definitely find Panga’s behaviour towards Si super creepy, but I suspect he would be more likely to just remove himself from the situation and leave poor Si to it.

I love this whole series and always get so curious and excited to see the next page even though it doesn't continue just yet xD and though the updates aren't quite so frequent, it's really great to see that you still work on this whole series. Can't wait to see the next page coming up. Oh and if I may ask, could you maybe make a pinned message that kinda lists every character in this series? I honestly often forget who was who, especially when it's been a few weeks till the new part comes out.

TBH I forget who some of these people are every now and then...

How would Renard cope with being turned into a tentaspy? Would that make either Nath or SA Sniper see him in a different light? As in, would Nath laugh or feel pity, and would SA Sniper see him as his next pet to be?

I think he’d be...embarrassed. Very embarrassed. Being half octopus would not fit his style.

He would cope badly. I also think it would likely bring out even more aggression in him. He’d lash out even more and quickly completely alienate himself.

Nath would be horrified. Simply horrified. The sight of Renard would freak the hell out of him even more than it already does.

Panga, however, would be fascinated. And would probably try and make a pet of him.

I can’t see that working out, somehow.

Honestly.... I've been wondering how the other teams are doing, like the two blu spy's ex-team. Oh wait, that reminds me of something... I thought that the opposing teams got seperated... so how can it be that the blu spy "Renard" and the south african red sniper got together even though they were of opposing teams? Does that mean that one of them got to change places again (maybe an attempt to find the silent spy or for the other that his new team threw him out)? Also I love this series so much

1. Not that great!

2. She was in a bit of a rush at the time but Miss Pauling did warn the RED team when she briefed them:

“'Now. We have done our best to roughly separate you from the BLU teams you've been fighting against. I can't guarantee that you won't recognise a few faces if you've been with us a while. Just, try and not punch those faces please.

'You guys were one of the last groups we got to and your location and the train lines we're using for transport make things tricky. The RED and BLU teams already there may have, well, been fighting a little bit recently. In the recent past I mean. I'm sure they're getting on just great now. And the other BLU team is kind of, well, not exactly a team. They're mostly some guys we had lying around. You know, the ones who were meant to be retiring or needed new teams and such. I'm sure they're still up to the job though!'“

So the BLU and RED team who’d been working at Badwater ended up at the same base.

Silent Spy ended up there as part of the ‘guys we had lying about’ BLU team, which also includes the Brigadier (was meant to be retiring) and Ty (was trying to get out of the business.)

3. The only person who got transferred out of either of those teams is the one scout who Silent Spy got on with really well before, which I haven’t actually mentioned yet...

He got replaced by either Ginger or Blondie (can’t actually remember which is RED and which is BLU), so Ginger and Blondie had only been enemies a short while before the current situation. Else it would have been impossible for them to “get on” in the slightest.

Hey Si, did you already know ASL before that became your only option for talking, or did you learn it after you lost your voice?

‘I learnt it afterwards. I knew a limited number of signs before, but not in any language you would recognise.

‘Afterwards, all my languages ended up locked inside my head. French, English, Russian, German and Mandarin. I moved to the US and began to learn ASL there. I also learnt a little French sign language, as it seemed appropriate.’
