Hmmm depends on what you classify as incest, I mean he really doesn’t see them as brothers at this point, and Karl Heinz doesn’t exactly see him as his child, the only “ binding “ thing classifying him as their sibling is the marriage, even still incest is something very common about vampires in any series, I myself wouldn’t classify it as incest but some might.
