Pro-Choice T-shirt (for women, Only $5)

This was my second design and the shirt that gave me the idea to open an Etsy shop. I made this while right wing states were quickly passing restrictions on abortions and closing clinics. I sold a bunch to family and friends, and thought this would be a great side venture.

I used the words “legislation should require education” because the right-wing position that life begins at conception is simply uneducated wishful thinking. There is so much propaganda being spread about abortion that the whole issue being debated on one side without any meaningful information. We need to fight for women’s rights, as well as fight to real education of misinformation and ignorance.  

This is another shirt that I bought upfront, and I have now lowered the price to sell them off. There are only 12 left for $5, so hurry.

Protest Police Brutality (Unisex shirt)

America is in a place where it is trying to pretend that racism is on the fringe and no longer a part of institutions, and no longer among the average white person. We are living in the age of the moderate racist, who harbor feelings of superiority, hate, and mistrust, but mainly express it through voting and denial. Denial that strings of young, black men dead have nothing to do with our countries deep seeded racial conflicts, and the direct link that law enforcement has to institutional racism.

The most recent young man to die was George Floyd, who choked to death under an officer’s knee. Regardless of how the killing is done, it always occurs in public, on camera, and in the media for everyone to see. We then see the massive lack of outrage and denial of an issue from right-wing Americans, and our justice system.

In my view of history, this tyranny will not end until the public outrage is so constant, intense, and widespread that it is absolutely inescapable by those leading our justice system.

Buying this shirt won’t fix anything, but it can spark conversation. I humbly suggest that every time we experience an incident like this, every single citizen who is outraged should write a letter to their local police chief and demand to know what they are doing to institute systemic changes to end these killings. If possible, organize or attend at least one protest at your local authorities. That’s how show solidarity.
