May the road rise to meet you (open starter)
Avereyeus had finally freed himself from Gallifrey and its grips as he walked among the humans on Earth. He had blended in nicely recently and opened a shop that sold antique clocks to which he was fond of. He was good at fixing small things and he enjoyed the sound of time going by. He had currently collected a few odds and ends he needed to replace some broken items.
It was spring and the temperature had dropped but he enjoyed the crisp air and wind. The humans were fascinating to him as they were so different to the Gallifreyans he knew. He told people he was an ex military soldier which made them proud of him. Something his own people would never say. He got back to his shop and opened the door turning the sign saying "closed for lunch to open" as he smiled. He turned and heard someone inside. "Hello? I am just back if you give me a moment" he called out.

A good soul (open starter)
Avereyeus looked out at the passers by as they walked around eyeing everything in sight. This was a private auction for those with power and influence to flaunt their wealth. Each individual cage held a rare specimen or creature. Some where magical and others were alien but the men in suites and woman in fancy dresses didn't really seem to care about that. They were looking for entertainment of sorts and to brag at private parties for those of their same ilk.
Avereyeus was down as the man who could regenerate from any injury inflicted and look as good as new. He was tall and pale with seep set auburn eyes which sat more on the red side. His long dark hair hung by the sides of his face and his chest was bare with a short dagger sticking into it. Showing his body trying to eject the object while healing at the same time. He was thin but not unmuscular to behold. He was gritting his teeth at the pain as people passed him by looking inquisitively. How much was he worth? how much fun could one have with someone like that? did anything and everything grow back? was he a vampire? what exactly was he and would he be worth it?
Avereyeus simply winced and panted looking at anyone and everyone pleading with them to save him. He was not an animal for show! he was in pain! he wanted it to end!
"P~please...it h~hurts..." he begged with a pathetic whimper.

The babies mewled and cried as the Doctor took care of Avery making sure he was well. He was concerned for his health.

Stephanie straightened up, setting her face. “Of course I will be okay. I can absolutely do this.” She insisted. “I have to do this.”
The tardis landed and pinged. The Doctor took a quick look outside on the monitor noticing empty cells. He frowned as it didn’t look particularly well use or clean. In one cell near them was someone curled up looking weak but also protecting their stomach. His eyes went wide “There he is” he said as he went to the door. “We need to be careful” he remarked “Time lords don’t need to sleep but this place looks quiet” he remarked.
