Manifesting Isn’t: 🚫

1. Affirm to get something

2. Look for it outside of you

3. See it’s not there and then the cycle continues 🔄

Manifesting IS: 👇🏻

Affirming to change who you are on the inside and to change who you’re being, mentally becoming the version of you who has it, and not worrying about what you see because who you are is what manifests

If I affirm I have thick thighs and then check and say “no I don’t” “they’re still not here” “it didn’t work” I’m not mentally the version of me who has thick thighs, I’m mentally the version of me who’s saying I have thick thighs but then checking to see if it’s true and using the 3D as validation instead of myself 🚫 🩷 🚫

The version of me who has thick thighs would think I have thick thighs and if I saw my thighs I’d think “they’re thick” and move on with my day, I wouldn’t see them and go “they’re still not thick” or “it didn’t work” do you see what I mean? 🩷

You are ‘manifesting’ the mindset, not the results, you are changing who you are on the inside, your only job is to change the inside of your mind, your only job is to change who you’re being, you can say money affirmations to change who you are on the inside and to become the version of you who thinks how you want about money 🩷 But if you’re saying affirmations and then checking to see if they worked and then starting the cycle over you’re not changing who you are on the inside and that’s your only job, your only job is to think like you would if you had it (which you do) because if you have something mentally you do have it 🩵 🩵 🩵 Your mind is what’s real and what pushes out when you stick to something and mentally become it 🦋 🦋 🦋 That’s why there are celebrities who go from nothing to being rich and famous, in their minds they mentally became rich and famous, they started mentally BEING what they wanted to be and it came true, because it has to, it’s the law 📖

If you say your waist is 19 inches and you have the body of a cartoon you have to stick to that mentally and mentally BE that version of you 🧠 Because if you had a 19 inch waist you’d just know you have it and you wouldn’t need to check the mirror because you’re used to having it and you wouldn’t do anything but just BE

Manifesting is just changing who you are on the inside, mentally becoming the version of you who has it, manifesting is just changing your self concept to what you want it to be, it’s changing who you are on the INSIDE and that’s your only job, the 3D doesn’t matter and shouldn’t be a part of the equation, it follows who you’re being, so focus on who you’re being, not on what you’re seeing 🩵 🩵 🩵 That’s your only job, mentally changing who you’re being and who you are on the inside, and leaving the 3D alone because it’s irrelevant 💜⭐️

If you look in the mirror and see your old body don’t let it bug you or think it’s not working, it literally doesn’t matter, all that matters is who you’re being, so keep mentally being that version of you who has a 19 inch waist or whatever else you want, because it’s who you are on the inside that manifests, that’s why when I was younger I always told myself I had such beautiful curvy legs 👠 And I didn’t know about manifesting but I would still tell myself “I have beautiful curvy legs” because that’s what I liked and I had such beautiful curvy legs I looked like a pin up doll 😍 Because that’s who I was mentally being 🩵 🩵 🩵 I recommend watching this video about manifesting appearance changes and using her advice for anything you want, it’s the same advice I’m giving here 💜 💜 💜

Mentally being the version of you who has it is all you have to do, and you have to stay there, because if you had a car you wouldn’t say it’s not here or where is it, you’d just have a car and that’s IT! It’s that easy 🩵

Why Self Concept Is So Important And Will Give You Everything You Want

When most of us hear the words “work on your self concept” we probably think of an annoying chore or of “rewiring old beliefs” and just ew ..

But self concept isn’t something we have to “do” or a chore where you have to “rewire” it’s just who we are on the inside and what we believe about certain things 📖 For example you can take two different people and one’s self concept about their body could be “my body is perfect I love showing it off and wearing tiny clothes” while another person’s self concept about their body could be “my body is ugly I hate showing it off” 😭 And ANOTHER person’s self concept about dating could be that all relationships suck and they always get cheated on while another person’s self concept about dating could be that it’s fun and they always get treated like a princess 👸🏻 Someone’s self concept about math could be that it’s hard and they hate it and suck at it while another person’s self concept about math could be that it’s extremely easy and fun for them 🤣 Someone’s self concept could be that growing on social media is “impossible and hard” while another person’s self concept is that going viral is easy, someone’s self concept could be that losing weight is impossible and hard while another person’s self concept could be that gaining weight is impossible and hard

So self concept is just who you are and what you believe about something 🧠 And the reason it matters is because whoever you’re BEING inside of your head is what you’ll experience outside of your head 🪞✨ If you think something is hard it will be hard, if you think something is fun it will be fun, that’s why your self concept about things is exactly how they show up in your reality 🦋 That’s why everyone thinks giving birth is some horrible torture because that’s what we see in the movies and that’s what we believe about it, and that’s why one person can constantly go viral on Instagram while another person can never get any likes or attention at all, because whatever your self concept is about something is what you’ll experience 🍀

Everything in our lives has a story attached to it which is what we experience and luckily we can change these stories anytime 🙉🦋 Whatever story we tell is what we’ll see, who we are on the inside is what we’ll see on the outside, people say affirmations to get something but the actual point of saying affirmations is to change who you are on the inside and to mentally become the version of you who has the money, the car, the beauty or the body, do you think super hot girls who look like barbies tell themselves they look ugly all day every day or every time they pass a mirror? Hell no, their self concept is that they’re beautiful and perfect and 🔥 hot 🔥 so that’s what reflects in their reality, and how did they get that self concept? They could’ve started out small by telling themselves “I’m kinda pretty” or “I’m actually hot” and the more they told themselves those things the more they mentally became it and the more they saw proof of it, we’re all born with our very own minds and we can all shape them however we want to, just because you told yourself money is hard to get or “all boys cheat” your entire life doesn’t mean you can’t completely change your self concept about those things ✨ 📖 ��

So how do we change our self concepts? All you have to do is think the opposite of the old crap and mentally just BE the new version of you who has a healthy self concept 💊

From: I hate my body to “my body is perfect”

From: I’m broke to “I always have so much money”

From: Everybody always treats me like shit to “everybody loves me and treats me like a princess”

Doesn’t it feel better just to read the second half?

The girls wearing tiny outfits with body confidence have a self concept that their body is perfect, the girls who always have money have a self concept that money is easy to get and that they always have it, you CAN GO from the version of you who’s broke or insecure to the version of you who’s rich and confident just by changing your self concept USING ONLY YOUR MIND 🧠

All you have to do is think the opposite of the old crap and keep doing that every time it crosses your mind and you will mentally become the new version of you, it doesn’t have to be boring a job or a chore, whenever you think of that thing (let’s say money) you can think something fun like “I have so much money lately” or “I always have money it’s so crazy” and then move on with your day until you think of money again and you get a chance to change your mind again 🧠

You CAN affirm all day everyday if you want to ✨ or ✨ you can just affirm every time you think of that thing and either way it WILL change 🪄✨🩷🩷

But why should we even bother changing our self concepts? Because whoever you’re mentally being is what manifests and who we ARE on the inside is what manifests, the version of you who has lots of money isn’t going to have a self concept that they’re always broke now are they? 🧐 The version of you who has a perfect soft girl life isn’t going to constantly complain about how much life sucks now are they? 🙉 The version of you who has xyz would mentally be the version of you who has xyz 💭🩷🩷

Your focus should always be on changing yourself on the inside because the outside is just a byproduct of who we are on the inside

Whoever you’re mentally being is what you’ll physically be seeing 👁️ So “work” on your self concept for YOU, to change who you are on the inside, to change who you’re BEING, and to adapt healthier thinking and more positive beliefs, and not only will you mentally become the version of you who has what you want, you’ll also receive it psychically 🎁 because you have the healthy self concept and mindset to match 🌈🩵🌈💜🌈🩷🌈🩵🌈💜🌈🩷🌈🩵🌈💜🌈🩷🌈🩵🌈💜🌈🩷

How I Manifest With States

Step 1. I decide I have what I want

Step 2. I do nothing (maybe watch movies 😹😹💗💗) (or drink ☕️ and chill 💓💓) because now I have what I want, so there is nothing left to do 💓

Step 3. Every time I think about that thing I’ll say “I have it already” and that’s it! Usually this part isn’t even necessary because it comes FAST 🔥

You don’t have to affirm over and over or reprogram your mind, you don’t have to do 💩 to get what you want! 💗 All you have to do is decide you have it now and once it’s done it done, I know this works because once I said “I want YSL Black Opium Perfume so I’m going to have it soon” and the very next day my friend gave me two brand new bottles of it for free 🖤🖤🖤 I didn’t affirm more than once or drain myself with repetition, I just decided I want it so I’m going to have it and the very next day it came to me 💗💗💗 Not even just one bottle, but two! 💕💕

I know we’ve been told repetition is what manifests and that we have to affirm over and over for every single thing we want, but that’s not only not true, it’s also incredibly draining and stressful! Do you think GOD needs to worry about saturating their mind ???

We feel like we have to work for something so we affirm over and over to get something when really you’re so powerful all you have to do is DECIDE

So: How To Manifest With States 💗

Step 1: What do you want?

Step 2: You already have it

• You don't have to affirm 24/7 or affirm AT ALL if you don't want to! 💗 Because it’s DONE! Just decide you have it and tell yourself you have it every time you think of it! 💕💕💕 So let’s use states for someone who wants long hair but they’re bald: “Okay I decided my hair is long so it is DONE. There is nothing left for me to do. If I want I can say “I already have long hair” every time I think about my hair IF I want to but it’s already done.”

Decide you have it, and know there is nothing left to do, you are so powerful you don’t need to do ANYTHING but decide 💗 Don’t suffer with repeating affirmations all day everyday if you don’t want to, because at the end of the day it’s YOU deciding it’s true that manifests, not the repetition 💗

Don’t burn yourself out affirming all day every day for some breadcrumbs, go straight to the end and decide you have it now, so there’s nothing left to do 💗
