Yuuto Appreciation Post 🐅🌸🧡

In honor of this Lunar New Year's being the Year of the Tiger, I decided to draw my tiger-related OC, Yuuto~

Yuuto is a retired ex-hitman that lives his days as his village's Samurai and protector. In his younger years, we was part of an underground hitman business, and given the nickname: "Striped Beast" for good reason. Besides his lethal skills of the sword and hand-to-hand combat, Yuuto has a special ability he calls "The Spirit of the Tiger" which gave him the gift of enhanced strength, senses, and the power to turn himself into a tiger too.

However, after an especially dangerous assignment, Yuuto was nearly killed and only survived thanks to an old friend. This led Yuuto to quit the hitman lifestyle and returned home to recover and take on an early retirement. From then on, he remained the protector of his home village, using his skills and his gift for the better of others.

Though, in his retirement, he may have let himself go a wee bit~

(The first drawing is actually from last year's OCtober prompt list, but I wanted to include it anyways :B )

Ahahaa~ I’m alive and late again. As usual..

But better late than never, I suppose. Here are some highlights from last year’s OCtober 2021 that I did. These are only SOME of the many other drawings I did for the month of October (and November, because some of these took me longer than others). I’m sure some of the faces in this post may seem familiar to some of you all~ You can find all 31 drawings over on my Instagram Account if you are interested :B

So sorry for not being super active on this account, but for what its worth, I’m not too active on any of my art accounts as it is. Trying to balance art with school and work is a lot harder for me than I thought it would be.. But I will keep trying :)

OCtober 2021 [Day 3: Comfort OC]

When it comes to which character I often draw the most, Bard is definitely one o the top OCs on that list. He’s also one of my oldest characters as well. Bard’s character design has come so far since the very first time I’ve drawn him and even now his design continues to slowly improve.

Bard s a species of sea dragon. When he lives on land with the other members of the Elementals, he uses long pieces of cloth to wrap around himself and cover his gills and fins to better hide his identity from those he doesn’t want to be recognized by. He’s prince of his parents’ kingdom, but when he’s betrayed by his royal general and close friend, he is overthrown and nearly killed. After washing ashore days later, Bard soon meets the rag-tag group of the Elementals who help Bard become stronger in order to reclaim his kingdom and save his subjects.

OCtober 2021 [Day 2: Seeing Double]

The Electric Twins are back!~ With slightly new designs!

Thor and Loki hatched from the same egg. This uncommon occurrence caused the both of them to not fully form their limbs, with Thor only having hind legs and wings meant for gliding, whereas Loki has forelimbs as well as electric spines along his back. Thor resembles a wyvern and Loki, a lindworm.

OCtober 2021 [Day 1: Humble Beginnings]

Starting this month off with my very first OC, Nipper!

Nipper is a cobra that was born with rare coloration in his scales. He started his life as a regular cobra before getting snatched up and taken to a lab to be experimented on by humans. The end result gave him the ability to change into a human, as well as the intermediate form seen above (a naga).

Nipper would soon escape the laboratory when an experiment done on him goes wrong and he uses the unstable, dangerous new abilities given to him to kill the scientists that put him through Hell.

I'm back~ Consider this my "end-of-hiatus"/ late Smaugust post as a thank you for all of your support and patience for sticking around even when my account was dead for a little while. I know I'm a wee bit late with this, but as the year 2020 is nearing its end, I wanted to share a little highlight on some drawings done a few months back ♡

Here are some of my top favorites from this year's Goretober 2020.

I decided to give Goretober a try rather than my usual Inktober drawings and I definitely don't regret it.

I've noticed that for a lot of my OCs, they go through or came from dark events that occur during their storylines. But it proved to help me think up some wicked pieces while also revealing a bit about them ♡
