Warning: ramble below the cut with bonus doodle

So basically: Phoebe met Ford around the same time they BOTH settled in Gravity Falls. While he heard about strange anomalies, she heard about constant shifts of the stars/constellations. So she wanted to check it out. She didn’t know how long she’d be in Gravity Falls, so she’s basically camping out of her truck with a makeshift camp setup in the cargo bed.

I’ll probably type or draw a comic or blurb on the in depth of their first time meeting, but the TLDR on that is:

Phoebe gets her notes stolen from her camp, so she goes to find them. What she finds, are creatures she can’t even describe as animals, and it freaks her out. Her distress alerts a nearby Ford (probably out documenting stuff into one of his journals), and he goes to investigate. She’s like, pulling herself up onto a tree branch for dear life as these creatures try to get her, and of course he saves her from the situation. Tree branch SNAPS, she falls, he catches her. And YEA.

That was more than a TLDR, but yes.

Also my brain is rattling that Bill is the one that drove Phoebe away from Ford BEFORE the portal accident. Like possessing Ford and freaking her out ((because maybe..she was occupying Fords thoughts AND OF COURSE BILL DOESNT LIKE THAT (((basically saw her as a distraction)))!)). She has NO IDEA who Bill even IS, so in her mind: Fords obsessions with anomalies is getting to his head.

But of course she realizes that is was Bill eventually. That’s the end of my rambling, here’s a cute doodle of them ok bye 🏄
