They don’t arm wrestle, but (as boys do) they DO regular wrestle!

It ends up with Mercury launching his leg when Tyrian tries to grab it and body slam him to the floor, which supremely freaks Tyrian out until he realizes how great that is for future wraslin’ matches.

How does the partnership between Jaune and Weiss work out? Because Raven is the Spring Maiden in the series, does that mean Fox is the Spring Master? (2/2)

3. Pretty much like in canon, just with a lot more eye rolling and wheezy scoffs from Weiss due to the damage to her throat. She’s sassier here, is the long and short of it.

4. Yes, Fox is the Spring Master. He uses Amber as a decoy, since she’s switched with Vernal so far.

Hiya I was the one who asked about the Ace Ops getting new outfits and let me say that I'm very hyped to see them once they're done2/2A few more questions: 1. Since in canon, May goes along with the group to Atlas, who takes her place during that?2. Does the Salem and Ozma/Ozpin backstory still play out the same like in the show? Aside from the characters roles being switched? (1/2)

1. Harriet goes with Roman, Neo, Emerald, Tyrian and Oscar to Atlas during the heist. She’s our May!

2. Basically yes, it plays the same. Salem’s the warrior now, Ozma’s the prince locked away in a tower. It’s fun. :o)

Since the Ace Ops and Happy Huntresses switch, do the Ace Ops have new outfits? Also, how does the four person thing work this time?

The Ace Ops do get new outfits, yes! Designing them is gonna be fun.

As for the four person thing, I’m not quite sure what you mean. The motif of ‘things come in fours’ stays the same, if that’s what you’re asking about.

I gotta ask for some of this swap. Why? I read some the stuff you have on AO3. You changed the character roles, but gave them the exact lines and personalities of those you’re switching with. It... doesn’t make sense. I’m just disappointed is all. I’m sorry if this comes off as mean that’s not my intention. I’m just trying to understand why you’ve written the way you have.

Mod Neon doesn’t write on her AO3, let alone post, so that is the fanfic written by one of our fans.

That said, Mod Neon is working on turning this AU into a legitimate fanfic on her own AO3 account, which will be linked once the first chapter is completed and up. It won’t just be a copy paste, don’t worry!

As for why we’ve written some of the characters the way we have, well we’d be happy to answer any queries you might have in separate asks pertaining to specific character choices. But rest assured, their personalities will be hardly be affected from canon, if modified a lil bit to adjust to their roles and ages.

Sienna acts in the role of Emerald’s ex-mentor and lover, who inevitably gets got by both Em and Merc

Hello! What roles do Winter and Willow take in the Reverse rwby AU?

Winter trades roles with Whitley, so she is the youngest of the Schnee siblings and the one who gets the heiress title in the end (after Ironwood’s decision to dispose of Neo).

Willow on the other hand trades places with Klein. She is both the Ironwood family maid and the second oldest of the Schnee siblings, as well as the one who taught Neo RSL and helps her escape in V4.
