guys, ive been fasting for 8 days and i honestly feel great!! im feeling pretty shit bc i have to break the fast and eat normally tomorrow so im just considering it a “metabolism day” so i hope it goes okay

guys im so happy rn bc i have covid so im isolating in my room which means that im never with anybody and can just fast, ive been fasting for 2 days and should be able to do it for another 5 :)). i wont be able to weigh in till next saturday but im excited.

hi guys its april 11 2022 and i’m gonna be starting a 2 week water fast tomorrow, it’s the school holidays so i have nothing to do which gives me the chance to have really low energy idk it’s a good opportunity 

anyways i really want someone to help keep me accountable for the whole process, u wouldnt have to take part in the fast aswell but u can if u want
