He gives her a concerned look, his hands sliding slowly up her back. Clarke ignores the way the movement causes goosebumps to erupt across her skin.

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to startle you,” he says, voice still husky from sleep, before he leans in to kiss a spot just below her ear that makes her tilt her head on instinct to give him better access.

His lips make their way down her neck as his hands follow a similar path over her ass, and for a split second, her body gives in to the sensations. She’s missed this—the way he knows her body like it’s his own, the way he always takes his time to explore her, fucking Christ, the way his tongue feels against her skin.

But when one of his hands skims up her inner thigh, it’s like an electric shock reminding her of why she’s here, of what he did.

She jumps out of his grasp, eyes wide as guilt and self-loathing flood her system. “What are you doing here?”

That concerned look is back. “We’re going to be late for work...I didn’t think you’d mind sharing a shower. But I can wait if you want some alone time, I just—”

She stares up at him during his bewildered speech, so much genuine concern in his eyes. And despite her training and the fact that in another life she was in love with this man, it takes her until this exact moment to piece together a vital piece of information about the City of Light.

Here, her and Bellamy are a couple in love.

The man—more a boy than a man, she’d say, taking in his round and wide-eyed face—is shaking his head. Clarke can see him trembling, as if he’s afraid she'd kill him where he stands for his impertinence. "Wanheda... I'm here because the Chancellor of Arkadia is here to see you."

Arkadia. She was there herself not so many lives ago, or so it seems. Yet the name seems to echo from a far distance.

Her brow furrows.

She almost expects to see Murphy again when she opens her eyes in her mindspace, but it’s Bellamy.

Relief floods her, followed by a touch of guilt. The Clarke that was in the reality she just visited loved Murphy, and those feelings don’t just entirely disappear when she comes back to her own mind. But no matter how much she may love someone in one of these alternate universes, it never quite measures up to the way her entire body relaxes when she sees Bellamy.

A Nemori Arranged Marriage AU Rated M | Multi-Chap | Ongoing

After John’s less than successful attempt to placate the Faithful and Russell’s execution, Indra suggests that to keep the peace between the Sanctumites—both the Faithful and the Children of Gabriel—that Emori who is still posing as Kaylee should marry a Child of Gabriel as a show that they should be able to live in harmony. They pick Nelson, since he is the de facto leader. He resents the idea, but eventually agrees because he knows his people are restless and he thinks it’s the best way for them to find some semblance of peace. Though Emori and Nelson are both reluctant about the arrangement, they understand they must come together for the good of Sanctum. Along the way they find they have a lot more in common than first meets the eye.

One, two, three, four, five… She tapped the pads of her fingers against her thumb, one after another, lips moving as she silently counted. Clarke was always counting these days. 

She was counting time zones hours ahead, the distance across the oceans, and counting down the days until Bellamy came home. 

Time zone math sucked. Long distance relationships sucked. 

Or, Clarke and Bellamy are in a long distance relationship, counting down the days until Bellamy comes home. And when Clarke’s schedule frees up unexpectedly, she jumps on the first flight out to surprise him.

Hi! Unprompted prompts are still owned by the participant of ours who came up with the prompt, so they are not up for grabs to the public in case that writer still wants to write their own unprompted prompt. Obviously if it is an incredibly general idea or trope from our board, that would be fine, but most of our prompts are more specific.

If you come off anon and let us know which prompt you’d like to write, we can put you in contact with whoever made that prompt and see if they wouldn’t care if someone else wrote it. Some of our prompts were made by our creators who won’t write it and or a writer who just isn’t interested in writing it. However, if you have a specific prompt in mind it would be better to check first. Thanks!
