Bonjour NYC! Monday July 17th at 7pm I'll be doing a set of French songs at @rockwoodmusichall with @aroncaceresmusic on upright bass 🇫🇷✨💙

As some of you know, I love to throw in an occasional foreign-language song in my sets, but this will be the first time I get to do a full-on set like this. So many of these songs I grew up listening to (shout-out Edith Piaf and Francoise Hardy, among others!) and though I didn't understand all of the words at the time, I still loved the beautiful melodies and emotions that managed to transcend any language barrier. And now I've learned so many of them, that I want to share them with you!

Anyway, that's to say - I hope you'll come say hi and enjoy a night of chansons françaises with us :) C'est tout! A bientôt! 😽🌃🎶
