Do y’all have any real life experience with both

Lorazepam and alprazolam? I normally take alpraZolam and just got some lorazepam and was expecting strong similarities as they are both benzos but I’m just more confused on lorazepam? Don’t get that relief from anxiety feeling unless I’m not taking enough. 2mg of alprazolam would give me that feeling so should I take 4 of the lorazepam for the same effect? Lemme know what y’all think about the two and the differences if you’ve had both pls 💖
