The usual concern or goal is to be able to do few pull ups at least. ๐Ÿ‘‰So here you go I have created the basic training programme that will definitely improve your pull ups. ๐Ÿ‘‰Remember consistency with your trg programme is the KEY to success! ๐Ÿ‘‰Guidance: As per the video slides use it as a gradual progression. Trg Prog: ๐Ÿ‘‡ 1. Pull Up Hang - hold it for 10 secs for 10 sets 2. Jump and Hold - hold at the top for 5 secs for 10 sets 3. Jump and Lower Under Control - hold it for 1 sec at the top and take 5 secs while lowering down. Repeat for 10 sets. 4.Jump Hold and Lower Under Control - hold at the top for 5 secs and lower for 5 secs. Repeat for 10 sets. 5.
