I logged in to write two things.
One, there was a new chapter release on Three Gods and a New Apartment a month ago, in case you didn't notice.
Two, I do need to find a way to reach Eric Idle with the information that whenever I read the Lucian dialogues of the dead, he plays Hermes.
Hyacinthus, once he has levelled up enough from godling to god.
This took me forever. I can't draw as much as I used to, and the past moth I've been relapsing with my injuries. So its slow healing. We are closing in on the second year anniversary of my many injuries XD
(I don’t take commissions often since I want to focus on my comics, but if it’s something fairly simple and includes Greek gods, or other mythological figures, it’s hard to say no.)
Those of you who know your Odyssey know where I got the inspiration for this. Odysseus crosses the stream of Okeanos to get there, though.
“When you have crossed the stream of Ocean, you will reach the shore, where willows let fall their dying fruit, and towering poplars grow in the forest of Persephone. Tie up your ship in the deep-eddying Ocean, and go into the spacious home of Hades. The Pyriphlegethon and Cocytus, a tributary of the Styx, both run into the Acheron.“
Sometimes I see new artists Hermes character designs, and I recognize features that I don't think i saw in designs before I posted my own, and I like to be so hubristic that I imagine I left some sort of seed into the common consciousness on how his design could be, the same way that my Dionysus design is obviously affected by the many other designs out there.
Hey guys, remember how @redbubble suspended my account and took my earned money, because they thought I was a robot.
Well! That is two years ago. I am trying again to retreieve it, but chances are slim. Why? Because Redbubble has a policy that;
- They might not read your plea.
-If they decide you are not eligible to retrieve your account, they won't notifying you. You'll only hear back from them if they decide you can have your account back.
-If they decide you shouldn't have your account back, any further attempts at trying to contact them will be declined.
-You will not be able to open any new accounts.
Or in their own words:
"Responses are usually sent to approved appeals within two weeks of the appeal’s submission date. Because our team isn’t able to review and reply to all appeals, you may only receive a response if your account has been reinstated.
If the two weeks have passed since submitting your appeal and you haven’t heard from our team, your account cannot be reinstated. Any additional appeals submitted afterward will not be considered.
Please do not open a new account. Our sophisticated system will block any other accounts it thinks may be connected or created by suspended users."
Odd thing is, from both @teepublic and @redbubble I've met many artists in the same situation. They were suspended, they do not recieve any answers to why, they don't get their accounts back, and when suspended the site take all they earned that month and keeps it.
It's good to have policies that prevent teft. It's not good to have such rigid policies that people lose income...
nnngggg I'm still not sure about this chapter. I've been working on it for 6 months, and I'm not sure if my idea is all that good. It takes up Trans questions, and it might be making more plot holes than it creates.
That you can find me on Instagram? If you feel like there isn't enough updates on Three Gods and a New Apartment, you still get some minor content in my Stories over on Instragram. Like Q&A, Reels that remind me of the characters etc.
