This one was delightful! Shen Qingqiu is inspired to try to carefully prepare and inform Luo Binghe for his fate ahead by telling him a series of fairy tales with carefully primed hints. (The Scheherazade parallel is made very clear.)

I really enjoyed reading this, especially watching poor Luo Binghe try to analyze through what Shen Qingqiu is obliquely trying to tell him, while also on the side calculating whether he can wrangle this story into becoming a romance.

Hello! ive been driving myself crazy trying to find this fic for a few days now and was wondering if anyone else could help me find it? It's a SY transmigrates into Gongyi Xiao around the time Binghe comes to infiltrate and steal his place as head disciple. I remember the last few chapters i read they were on a mission where a handful of young women fell asleep and wouldn't wake up again because of something to do with the incense by their bedsides and that Sy and LBH had to go to a temple and SY didn't catch onto the fact it was a Feng Xin type dick joke temple. Ty!!
