in my mind there exists a reality where marble hornets was created at the same time fnaf was released and was early in its rise to eventual fame and marble hornets is instead about like freddy fazbear instead of slenderman. like he’s called the fazinator or something instead of the operator. the window shot of him out in the grass but it’s freddy instead. they put joseph delage in a mascot suit. it’s so dear to my heart. you might be wondering, in this world, does freddy have the same powers as the operator? or is he just an animatronic. my answer? i don’t know. i’m just imagining hoodie and masky next to freddy fazbear. that is my dream

My theory here is not that HABIT and Vinny are the secret gay heroes or whatever my theory is that I think HABIT is so in love with the idea of change- a thing neither he nor Vinny can achieve- that he wills himself into believing that if Vinny kills Evan, truly believing himself to be the hero, it will break the cycle. He wants the one thing he is incapable of having, and he places all his bets on the only other person who cannot change to make it happen! It’s pathetic! It’s cruel! It’s so, so sad!
