The number of cigarettes Sasha smokes in a day is a direct indicator of how stressed out he is, even when he doesn’t show any other outward signs.

Raz used to only show his drawings to Mirtala and Nona (occasionally Queepie). Everyone else in the family either made fun of him or was patronizing about it. He only ever showed his True Psychic Tales submissions to Nona, but that was only because he was pretty sure she couldn’t really see them anyway and didn’t think she’d tell his parents.
Now he shares some of them with Lili and the other interns junior Psychonauts. Most of them are pretty encouraging about it. He’s been too embarrassed to show Sasha or Milla, though, because so many of his old drawing are of the two of them.

The reason Raz is happy about the idea of getting one of Sam’s dirt/bird milk/snake egg pancakes is because he’s planning to feed it to Dion.

Got any headcanons about Maligula?
I don't, actually. I might once the game comes out, but not now.

Sasha and his father have nearly identical voices, except for his dad’s being a bit scratchier from age. (Also he has a thicker accent when speaking English, but in German the two are almost indistinguishable.)

Headcanon (sort of)
Lungfish are native to Australia, Africa, and South America (three different families, taxonomy-wise). They don’t naturally occur in North America, where Whispering Rock is presumably located, meaning they were probably introduced to Lake Oblongata at some point in the past. Why? Who knows, maybe it was an accident.
Also, if you wanna get even more technical, Linda (in her original, un-mutated form) most closely resembles the Australian lungfish (Neoceratodus forsteri, top photo), which has bigger fins, although her smooth skin is closer to the South American lungfish (Lepidosiren paradoxa, bottom photo).

Slightly NSFW- Just a little bit, but putting it under the cut just in case babies can see this blog:
Many, if not all, psychics are touch-sensitive, as in they automatically read others’ thoughts/emotions via skin-to-skin contact. That’s why so many of them wear gloves, long sleeves, etc. to avoid doing it on accident.
The more nerve endings in a given spot, the more sensitive it is both physically and psychically, meaning the most psychically sensitive areas are the fingertips, the lips/face, and certain...other areas. This can make sensual/sexual contact much more intense for psychics than for the average person, which can be a great or really bad thing, situationally.

Sasha claims not to be an animal person, but cats and dogs are magnetically drawn to him. Milla thinks this is hilarious.

Whispering Rock Headcanon: So, all the animals at Whispering Rock have psychic powers because of the psitanium. The bears have telekinesis, the cougars can set things on fire, the lizards can turn invisible, the squirrels and the fish have telepathy (although they might be normal and the kids just talk to them because they have telepathy, but I tend to think they at least have heightened intelligence or something).
Anyway, the only ones that don’t seem to are the little birds and the seagulls. Maybe they do have psychic powers, but you can’t tell because it’s levitation.

Lili learned about 50% of the swear words she knows from Sasha when she was younger (not that he taught them to her on purpose; he just didn’t necessarily remember to filter his speech when Milla wasn’t there to remind him that a 6-year-old was present). The other 50% was mostly from biker movies.

Most of the kids at Whispering Rock have been coming to camp for at least a couple of years, some more than that. The new campers the year the game takes place are Dogen, Maloof, Mikhail, and Chloe. (And Raz, of course.)

All those signs around the outside of the GPC- Sasha ordered them online, but accidentally got them in German instead of English. He could have sent them back, but figured whatever, they still get the point across.

Whispering Rock is located in Wyoming, Montana, or northern Colorado.
Of course, it could possibly be in a lot of places. But the rocky landscape with the mostly evergreen (and aspen-y looking deciduous) trees, combined with its gold rush history and the fact that apparently it’s cool enough in the middle of summer for many kids to wear sweaters suggests Rocky Mountains to me.

Headcanon:
Whispering Rock clearly has a sleeping arrangement problem, with 21 kids and only 18 bunks in the kids cabins area (maybe they were never expecting to have so many campers at once). But kids are springy and it is summer camp after all, so the extra kids sleep in sleeping bags on the floor.
But there is also no apparent place for the counselors to sleep. So headcanon is that there’s a basement in the lodge set up kinda like a military barracks- guess who designed that? Actually, Morry usually sleeps in his treehouse, partially for child supervision and partially because he snores and talks loudly in his sleep, and it was politely(ish) suggested that maybe he’d like the fresh air better. Ford sleeps in his sanctuary where his brain can function. That leaves Sasha and Milla in the lodge basement as basically a shared dorm (which is not at all a source of gossip for folks back at headquarters).
