Got a new scale today😍 Turned out my old scale was incorrect and apperently I’m 2kg heavier than I thought😖

After all the tips i received on insta I will increase my calorie intake and reduce it slowly. I will also start to do light workouts and boost my intake of fiber and greens🥬 Hopefully it helps me not to binge all the time
