As for the filling*:

Cheese sauce (2tbs mascarpone,1ts heavy cream 30%, 2 slices gouda, a quarter of the little camembert circle they sell in biedronka)

Fried zucchini + pumpkin seeds

Rainbow trout (??)(pstrąg łososiowy) the kind you can eat raw, I think it's smoked (also from biedronka)

Lettuce (masłowa) fried with a tad of the heavy cream

Also I added broth instead of milk into the pancakes

A strong 9/10, would recommend
