Public Property Pussy
Why does my body always feel like public space?
When I was in high school I couldn’t wear spaghetti straps or have any bit of my bra showing because it might distract the guys.
When I walk down the street minding my own business I am hollered at, followed, and told to smile more.
If I want to walk shirtless or breastfeed my nipples are offensive but if you want to sell a product my breasts are the best way to sell.
If I want to have sex with my body, I am a whore but you are a winner for having sex with my body. And her body. And her body.
When I go to get birth control, old men who never had vaginas tell me what my vagina needs. When I have my period, I am not allowed to mention it or let it slip because that is disgusting, but you get to use while you blame my mood on my pjs.
If I get pregnant, everyone else has an opinion on whether I get to keep my bodily rights or lose them to a fetus.
If I become famous my achievements will be ignored while they ask me how I keep my body tight.
This has to end. My body only belongs to me. My breasts are not your advertisement tool or for you to consider inappropriate the moment they aren’t selling your product.
My pussy and it’s sexual and reproductive needs and rights are not for you to decide.
My pussy and the whole body and mind around it are not public property.

"you don't know what you had until it's gone" yea I finally know and I'm so glad you're gone.
