I Love this ... And Agree with it in Theory. But when you have an #eatingdisorder it isn’t that Simple ... I wish it was . For me I have a certain size which I won’t go above. I have a wardrobe which goes from Kids Clothes too Size 8 . Which I have always been between a 6 and 8 Australian.. or 2 too 4 American . I am short and petite . But for instance when a women is pregnant obviously her body grows with the baby . It’s not easy for expectant Mamas with #eatingdisorders at all. Of course they want too have healthy baby’s , and most of the time eat enough even though they hate it ... because it isn’t about you anymore. But even if you are not pregnant there are many reasons that you might gain more weight than you normally would . Medication changes , hormonal changes, thyroid conditions and the list goes on . But #bmi isn’t an exact science but it’s what ALL Doctors & Dieticians go off . You can have #AnorexiaNervosa and be Normal or according to #BMI be Overweight, because we all know it’s much more than weight , bloods and , ECG or EKG results.. it’s how we think , our mindset!!. But it doesn’t make it any easier when it comes to weight and size when it comes too Clothing , weight and #EatingDisorders . But the premise of what this is saying is correct.. and we know it . I Saw this on an Ad on TV 📺 Last Week and have been looking for them ever since . Went into Woolworths at Merrylands, and there was one box left . @kelloggsaus now has #glutenfree Coco Pops & Sultana Bran . Can’t wait until the day they have EVERYTHING #GlutenFree !!! Having #CoeliacsDisease since 1996 has been a Challenge. But now they have So much variety. I had a Small Bowl for Dinner and they taste just as good as the Original One ... 💯🤤. I found this in the tobacconist in Wentworthville. @chupachupsaustralia Strawberry 🍓 n Cream Soda imported from The United States 🇺🇸. Only 100 Cals and Absolutely 🤤. I usually drink all Diet Soda but I was having a #hypoglycemic Attack so I need the Sugar!! I wanted the Cola Flavour but they were sold out !! Found this on @pinterest . I actually got teary because this is / was me . I’m still not quite there .. but I’m a lot stronger than I was , and I definitely feel loved even though my Mama tells me all the time that I am , and Darren loves my infinitely ♾ and so does my Mama . A lot of Therapy has definitely helped . But when u have a disorder that tells you that you are Nothing and that self hatred manifests it’s really damaging. Finally had my hair done ✔️ just in time as of 600 pm tonight.. now the Whole of #sydneyaustralia is in our 2nd Lockdown due to the deadly Delta Variant of #coronavirus . Thank you too the team at @hhwhparra1 for doing a spectacular job on my hair . Lockdown for 2 weeks doesn’t worry me . 2 weeks watching all the streaming services.. sounds great too me !!! But when can’t go out that’s when u want or need too. Australia 🇦🇺 has done a fantastic job with #covid19 , lowest death and transmission rate in the world with #newzealand . But the vaccine rollout has been extremely slow !!! We can do better . We are the Lucky Country , we stick together & always help each other in times of need .. what we call “ Mateship “. Darren and Myself thought we would take a drive too the beach ... even though it’s winter and pretty cold but Bondi Beach is Beautiful. Had a really hard week my Mama sold her house .. and at the moment is tripping around . But will be settling somewhere else eventually.. but too say I was in tears was an understatement. Darren and I at Lunchtime. Someone was Happy 😆..he he My Baby was so hungry. I had #glutenfree #vegan Pumpkin Soup from @soulorigin and Darren had his Favourite Take out Food .... Chinese . He asked me too help him choose as I’m trying to help him eat healthier. Because he has had 2 Previous Heart Attacks years & years ago before he met me he was not taking care of himself. I know this is coming from someone who has a severe #eatingdisorder . But I’ve had 28 years worth of Nutrition Education .. so I know what he should & shouldn’t be Eating. We rarely eat out because of #covid19 obviously since the Pandemic Began and because like most people with #eatingdisorders we find it extremely difficult. But I try my very best even though it’s so hard. But I just want our relationship too be as normal as possible. But also with #trauma it also affects it ... but I love Darren like I’ve never loved Anyone !!. Even though he hates Pepper .. he had Chilli Stir fry chicken , Vegetables & Fried Rice !! He choose it out of 3 Non Fried Dishes I suggested we’re healthier for him . I had a Small Coffee Cup of Soup and a #sugarfree Frozen Coke and Darren had a Medium Chocolate #mcdonalds Thick-shake. Darren has been going for an hour run every day . I haven’t been going with him because my intake isn’t enough too have enough energy too do so , even though I’d love too or should I say my #eatingdisorder would love it . But I’m hanging in there . A lot of my friends are struggling big time at the moment .. and it breaks my heart too see so . I’m not going too give some cheesy cliche .. all I will say is I hope everyone gets as well as they can soon , and I’m thinking of ALL of you !!!. Darren and I are going through a really challenging time atm . As a Couple we couldn’t be better !!! So that’s all good .. and that’s all I’m going too say . But our life is hard .. but the Love & Commitment we have for Each-other is as Strong if not stronger as when our relationship began. And when this Pandemic is over .. #repost @therealmariskahargitay . Poor Mariska has a Broken Knee , a torn Ligament and a fractured Ankle . Thank Goodness she doesn’t need surgery but still it’s not a fun injury and very painful. I needed surgery but thank goodness she doesn’t. She didn’t specify how she got it .. but I’m assuming from doing a stunt on @nbclawandorder . But I’m just guessing as she does a lot of her own stunts . I remember years ago she was injured and ended up in the hospital.. but it’s just speculation as she has not said how she attained the injury as it’s none of our business!!! Mariska .. I know what it’s like too have broken bones and knee injuries, they are painful and requires physical therapy regardless of if you need surgery or not . I wish you nothing but the best in your recovery. All your fans ... including me wish you nothing but the best . I’ve said this before.. but you are my hero for many reasons , because I’m a #survivor and you do so much for us . And I’m so sorry that you have been hurt !!!
