I can't follow back on this account, but I appreciate you all!
If we are talking pathosonas, I will never not be a Shabnak! Working on changing his name from mine to make him an OC.
His tiny clay hands make the absolute best kashk, and he is taken care of primarily by Aspity! While my Albino is also mute like the others and can’t eat, he primarily prepares Sabha’s food and tries to make a little money on the side selling the kashk he makes.
When he walks around town, he normally wears a disguise to avoid being attacked; if attacked, he will normally flee, but when cornered he can inflict a near fatal case of the sand plague on his attackers. He’s gentle at heart, though and tall enough to disguise himself as child (a little over 4 feet tall), so he avoids negative confrontation when possible. He also wears a little bell to match Aspity’s on his headdress, so when you hear a jingle you know the Kashk seller is close!
This was supposed to be Sunday’s Plague week entry and it was supposed to be a lil nod to the Marble Nest! Planned to finish it but I’ve honestly been losing steam over it, so I’m just going to post it the way it is.
"He's one of those people who you'll read about, say, in a thousand and five years: Now, look at him! Here is a man who stepped through humanity itself."
Simon Kain for the Pathologic server event, ft. Talon & Beak because I like being meta and drawing executors!
also some progress shots of the bad grief piece!
I wish I had gotten some from before I started rendering the clockwork, but at that point I only remembered to take a snapshot because my hand hurt :(
“I used to think that I understood it, but it’s only now I truly do. I used to be the clocksmith, oilin’ the Town’s gears… and I’ll stay a clocksmith, only a different kind. You see?”
Bad Grief for the weekly Pathologic server event. Was inspired a lot by Rene Magritte’s The Double Secret, as well as this song because I started working on this on Out of Touch Thursday!
