Another update~ ((Still figuring things out, but I wanted to address a couple of things from a canon event I always hated. There's more to it than that, obviously, but yeah, here are more things to look forward to. For now this is all I can offer. //Hoping to get at least a cute Lukanette concept art design up for the next post here.))

*Jagged is NOT an absent father in this AU. Because of his profession, yes, he travels a lot for tours, but he does video call/send his kids emails whenever possible. **Jagged and Anarka parted ways amicably. It wasn't meant to be, and they easily co-parent peacefully. ((They both agreed that it was better for Luka & Juleka to primarily live with Anarka. Jagged has visiting rights for whenever he wishes, so long as he communicates with Anarka beforehand.))

***When Lukanette start officially dating, rest assured, there won't be any obstacles in their way. Guardian Mari & Ladybug holder Luka, just being completely adorable relationship goals! <3 (They have complete trust in each other, and I'm just gonna see through to it.) ****Adrien's "Just A Friend" line is interchangeable between him & Mari when they get into friendlier terms. (Marinette knows she doesn't like him that way, and isn't afraid to speak her mind on it. Mutual friendzoning, I guess?)

*****Ladybug's got no patience or empathy/sympathy for whenever Chat Noir steps out of line. She will sideline the lovestruck idiot/reject if she finds it appropriate & will rely on other heroes like Ryuuko or Viperion, respectively, more often than her supposed partner. (My LB is no-nonsense & has too much self-respect to deal with his crap.//Ties in with why the new black cat & ladybug miraculous holders are Kagami && Luka respectively.)

ML Rewrite Update~

Making a couple of changes/additions. You can find them under the cut. These pertain to S1 mostly.

Yeah, haven't exactly shared publicly yet, but I will be scrapping Marinette's initial Adrien crush storyline entirely. Why? Because I find it stupid that the umbrella scene was what started it all. It's inorganic, and I doubt Marinette, in the right mind, would actually let all her initial reservations about Adrien go after ONE nice act. This is a major fix that I felt was needed. So for S1 Adrien & Marinette: It'll mostly follow Adrien trying to befriend Marinette, and show her that he isn't as bad as she thinks he is. So slowburn friendship? ((//And so Adrien's attempts at friendship are kind of taken out-of-context by the girls (minus Juleka), as they think his interest in her is something more than it is. Marinette, obviously has no interest, but Alya still insists on the idea, and the rest of the girls kinda follow her mindset.)) And so naturally, I have decided that instead I will have Marinette initially crush on Luka... Still thinking about how to introduce him in on an S1 rewrite organically, but who knows? I might use his debut episode as inspiration, if only because it was already perfect to begin with. ((And worry not because Mari will be able to form complete sentences around him... she might just stumble on her words every now and then? Because who wouldn't? Luka's an absolute sweetheart, and he'll be sure to put her at ease. I will also add that S1 Mari will be completely unaware that this a crush. She just knows that she feels butterflies when she's around him, and that she feels safe, and heard.)) **Tikki, the Lukanette Shipper will make plenty of appearances. Rest assured, you'll see a supportive kwami for all the right reasons. ________________ I know the crush change from the very, very start is a pretty major change considering the LS are fated/told to be soulmates from the very beginning of the series, but it's just icky. It doesn't work, and trying to force myself to rewrite certain things that I can't make sense out of just doesn't help with motivation, so this is my solution.

Now I don't know if this deviates interest, but this is what I'm going with from here on out.

Sure, Ino trains him too, but I really don't see Inojin changing things around. Sure maybe he'd get stronger, but I think he's already seemingly satisfied with where he is. Yeah. I watched both movies. Ships? Pretty much the common ones? Miles x Gwen is cute... but it's not the top one. The main ship would have to be Peter x Mary Jane. They have the cutest child~ <3 ((I'm NOT normally into non-Peter x Gwen ships, but for this movie-verse I will make an exception.))

Just curious, who do you ship with Thor and Loki? Also what did you think of the ending for “Love and Thunder”?

Hmm... I don't have very many ships for them. For Thor: I ship him with Lady Sif (OTP), Peter Quill, Gamora, and Diana Prince (It's my only crossover ship for him.) For Loki: Jane (OTP), Stephen Strange, Tony Stark and Zatanna Zatara (Only crossover ship I can see happening.) Ehhh... Others I'm either neutral or don't see going beyond friendship. (Before anyone asks, I'm over Thor x Jane. I don't ship them anymore. Like at all. I was over it since after Thor 2.)

The ending was fine? I wasn't overly excited for it, but it was cute? Thor and Love's bond at the very end was pretty adorable, and I enjoyed their little bonding moments. The fact that the two of them would fight together. Just cute. I felt for Jane though. The cancer storyline and all... Glad things seemed to end pretty well for her though?

Do you have more fairytail next gen ocs?

Aside from my Lyvia fan kid, no. Eirlys is the only one.

I haven't been part of the fandom in a while, but hypothetically? I guess if I were to make more fan kids, the ships would be: Jerza (only canon ship I still enjoy), NaLi, LoLu, and possibly Gray x Meredy? (Not as a pair-the-spares, but genuinely because it kinda piques my interest?).

I am not likely going to pursue this. (And leaving this ask untagged. I have no desire to engage much with this fandom any longer.)
