Still not over this look he just looks very pretty in that color
Petition for Buck to start his own fall clothing line featuring only this color 😍 It really is so stunning on him, and I love that they have used it more frequently in seasons 4 & 5. I think before that, they only put him in that color once in season 3, and that was it.

1. first snow for buddie
It had been Buck’s idea, for them to go on a weekend away to the snow – to proper snow, Buck had clarified, the Pennsylvanian in him aghast at the suggestion that a weekend away in Northern California was enough snow.
They’d been together for a while, now, and they’d never had a weekend away together – that was part of parenthood, Buck reasoned, it’s not as though you had all that much time for sexy weekend getaways – and they had needed it. Life was busy, and hectic, and so wonderful and stressful, all at once, and when they’d started getting frustrated and snippy with each other, Buck had put the wheels in motion for a long weekend away – just him, Eddie, the snow, and a big roaring fire. Nothing touristy to do or see – just a weekend holed up in a cabin in Colorado, some books and DVDs stowed in Buck’s suitcase, and no plans except just to spend time together.
It hadn’t been all that snowy when they had arrived. The ground was crisp, and icy, and there was a light smattering of snow on the ground as Buck had driven up the winding driveway to the cabin they’d rented, Eddie’s hand warm on his thigh as he carefully navigated the freezing roads, but here wasn’t proper snow – not the piles of snow that Buck had wanted them to get to indulge in, for a few days. There was something cosy, and romantic, and oh-so wonderfully Christmassy about a weekend in the snow.
They were just – missing the snow.
Buck tried not to be disappointed – really, he did – but the disappointment lingered in his chest as they’d gone to bed the previous evening, Eddie reassuring Buck with a firm kiss – or ten – that it was okay, if it didn’t snow, they’d still have a wonderful weekend.
And they would – Buck knew that. But he did wish it would snow.
Smiling softly at Eddie’s still sleeping form, Buck eased himself out of the mound of blankets on their bed, shivering as he padded across the cool wooden floors. The one downside of their very romantic and lovely cabin, was the fact it was quite cold. Stealing a pair of Eddie’s socks, tugging a sweater over his head, Buck headed for the kitchen, and the fancy coffee machine that sat on the counter.
It took him a second, to realise why the cabin felt so bright, despite the early hour, and when he did –
“Eddie!” Buck called, utterly delighted as he looked outside and realised that overnight, their little cabin in the woods had turned into a winter wonderland, a thick blanket of snow covering the ground, snow still falling, bright and white and reminding Buck of those glorious days growing up when the snow would start to fall in Hershey, and Maddie would bundle him up and take him outside to build their first snowman of their year.
“What – where’s the fire?” Eddie grumbled.
“Eddie!” Buck laughed. “Come on – get up. It snowed, last night!”
It took a few minutes, but eventually Eddie emerged, wrapped in a throw blanket, his hair completely askew and his eyes heavy with sleep as he glared at Buck. “It’s freezing,” he huffed, tightening the blanket around himself.
Buck swallowed a laugh – his boyfriend wasn’t exactly a morning person, on his days off – and steered Eddie toward the window, wrapping his arms around Eddie’s waist, tucking his chin in the groove of Eddie’s shoulder as he directed them to look out at the snow. “It’s beautiful, though,” he hummed, pressing a kiss to Eddie’s cheek, his boyfriend’s face marked with pillow creases. The snow was white, and crisp, and still falling, the snow undisturbed and completely perfect, no footprints or tire tracks marring the glittering white.
Eddie sighed happily, leaning against Buck more fully. “Yeah,” he agreed, his gaze fixed on the still falling snow. Eddie, Buck knew, had never seen snow like this – the kind of snow you see in Christmas movies – and Buck couldn’t help but feel giddy with excitement as he watched Eddie’s tired expression morph into one of genuine joy, and excitement. “It’s beautiful, Buck. Thank you – for organising this,” he twisted, looking at Buck. “We needed this. Didn’t we?”
“We did,” Buck nodded, pressing a kiss to the corner of Eddie’s mouth. “Let’s have breakfast,” he suggested. “I’ll light the fire – and then later, we can build a snowman or something, for Christopher.”
Eddie nodded. “Can we – can we just stay here a little longer, though?” he asked, and Buck couldn’t help but smile a little more, holding Eddie a little tighter as they watched the snow cascade from the sky, the whole view from their cabin perfectly picturesque.
“Yeah,” Buck pressed another kiss to the side of Eddie’s jaw. “We can stay here as long as we want.”

It's all coming together

Another log to toss on the funeral pyre of "Buck is Taylor's Abby" (tm @extasiswings) from
1x10 A Whole New You:
Abby's brother: You didn't tell me he moved in.
Abby: He didn't move in... *looks surprised/confused* I...
Carla: Abby, he knows what's in your bedroom closet.
Abby's brother: And he's taken over the medicine cabinet.
Abby: He did not move in, he's just been here a lot...
**
5x09 Past is Prologue
Buck: The thing is, I think she might have been living with me. *looks surprised/confused* I mean, we never explicitly said that, but she's there all the time. It sure feels like we were living together. *looks confused some more*
So, add to our growing list of evidence "passively realizing your significant other has moved into your home without you realizing it and feeling confused and awkward about it."

Okay, so I rewatched the crossover and…
IS NO ONE GONNA TALK ABOUT HOW BUCK AND TK SPEEDRAN BUDDIE’S ARC FROM 201 THEN CALLED IT GAY?
Like…they literally competitively one-upped each other then were interrupted by a life or death situation (flaming car) that made them trust each other. Then they realized that neither one of them was better than the other - they were both really cool and should work together.
Then TK was like “so about how much you’ve been hitting on me”. Am I just??? Expected not to notice??? That they called Buddie out for being gay without calling Buddie out? They literally recreated the situation and then said “this is what attraction looks like”. They know what they’re doing.

it started with your hand in my hand, on my arm,
then your hands on my hips, on my thighs,
your hands were all over my chest then,
your gentle hands kept me alive.
your hands are away from my body now.
can you touch me again please?
i need your hands on me, your arms around me,
i need to know how it feels
without my blood staining your touch

So much of managing your mental health is just…learning to parent yourself like you’re a toddler
Like, “Honey, it’s 10 pm and you’ve been up since four in the morning, no wonder you’re emotional. Plus all you’ve had to eat today was three chocolate truffles and a half a protein drink. Make yourself some scrambled eggs and peas, you can even put them in separate bowls so they don’t touch. Then go to bed. You can do more fun things tomorrow, but first you need to sleep. Okay?”
