dating Andre burakovsky?

For the first date, he was so nervous, he tripped while walking around the table to pull the chair for you to sit. 

He always loved it when you could come to games. It was a huge confidence booster to him and often he would play his best games knowing you were there, in his jersey, supporting him.

You had the same warm-up spot so he always knew where to skate over and wave, often crashing into the board before winking. You were getting spoiled with the number of pucks he threw over the glass.

You’re the proud owner of about 20 Burkie jerseys. What can he say, he likes seeing you wear his name.

He’d do his best to send you goodnight texts, sometimes with a goofy selfie. 

Always content with hand holding and just being in each other’s company. 

His patience was remarkable when you wanted to learn some of the video games he played. You were decent yourself but wanted to compete with him, and Andre was more than happy to show you the ropes. Wilson’s face when two of you beat him? Priceless.

The Caps would adore you. Ovi would be like your long lost, fun uncle. Oshie was like the older brother you never had, a little too overprotective. Brayden once had sat Andre down to tell him that he better treat you right.

Andre can get really pouty when he losing. Finding out he sometimes cheats during board games made for a long discussion and many flying Monopoly pieces.

Uses puppy dog eyes for you to forgive him. 

One time the two of you taped a sign on Wilson’s back that read “Go Pens Go” that he didn’t notice for hours. He didn’t talk to either of you for days.

Cuddle fests!! Literally snuggling you to death, holding you in his arms. After bad games, he loves crawling into bed and being the little spoon.
