The truth is that sometimes my body is so tight and tense that I am completely unable to perform any movements. This usually means that I neglected stretching for a week or so. And I know most of you do neglect stretching too! Majority of people within Capoeira world doesn’t really like to stretch. We just want to play Capoeira and do the moves… which is fair enough 🤣 Nevertheless, I would really like to encourage you to stretch more(often).
