Crying is so important; it helps us to cope with all the feelings we have no way of processing otherwise. Just because you cry alone does not mean you are alone. Caring for 4 sick kids while feeling sick myself would have been horrible had it not been for Brandon @garignack he has cooked, corraled kids, gotten them to drink acetaminophen. When he is here I feel so loved so cared for. He sends the loneliness birds away.
