He is, but I think i's mainly due the the lighting of him since it's at night.

Is it just me or does everyone fan see True heart bear as the mother of the Care Bears and Noble heart horse as the father of the Cousins?
Also who's your favorite out of the 10 original Cate Bears..mines Grumpy
Well, I think that makes sense because that's basically the role they played in the second movie where they were first introduced. So it's what sticks out the most about them.
Grumpy has always been my favorite as well, but I've also always liked Tenderheart, Bedtime and Good Luck a lot.

How come Harmony Bear made less appearances in The Care Bears Family series from Nelvana?
I think it's just because at that point she was a completely new Bear and they didn't have as much to work with yet.
