Thank you very much!!! Most of my OT2 charms are sold out and won't be back in stock until after an event in May, but I still have plenty of my OT1/OT2 crossover keychains still available!!
The latest chapter of Starfall almost made me cry like FINALLY, give Cyrus the group hug he deserves!!!!!!
ya'll should read Starfall on AO3 for real - it's one of the best Octopath fanfics I've read and I daresay, one of the best fanfics I've read in general and I get so fucking excited when it updates
The author is @iamsweden, who I just noticed started following me and I just want to give you a little heeeeeeeeeey you're stuff is amazing!!
This is the face I make when there's an update:

Just adding one more thing but I can understand the perspective of an artist with a more modest following, feeling a bit insulted when artists with big followings tell them that metrics aren't everything, because it can come off as a bit dismissive and even a bit ignorant/arrogant. But unfortunately with social media, there's a lot of luck involved in that you don't know which art piece is going to land on people's radar, not to mention you're also 'technically' competing against a bunch of other artists who want to be seen as well. And it's for that very reason that you shouldn't tie all your worth and confidence as an artist to flawed algorithms because you're just going to be miserable.
I want to add my own two cents to the whole "artists telling smaller artists to not get too hung up on numbers" because I'm so used to twitter and forget that you can use tags to 'reply' to stuff
But it's something I absolutely agree with and it something that I didn't really come to terms with until around 2018, where I started to feel the most confident about my art that I've never really experienced. It was such a huge growth for me and ever since I started making and selling merch, tableing at cons, my relationship towards metrics began to shift because we're often sold this idea that you need to have a big following to make money on your art.
But I'm 200 sales away from hitting 2k sales on Etsy, I've been tableing more and I'm branching out to other events - for me as an artist, I learned that having a big following was never the end goal, because I was achieving what I've been working towards without needing to be an account with a big follower count. There's definitely an advantage to having more eyes on you when it comes to fulfilling commissions and possibly getting those bigger opportunities, but meeting supporters of your work in-person, it really drove home that behind every number, every follower, is a passionate individual who took time out of their day to tell you they love your work.
And those are the people I want to keep creating for because I don't want to take that support for granted.

Small artists you need to understand that when you see an artist who you think has 'made it' tells you not to worry about the numbers and to not fret about getting more likes than reblogs they are not telling you it because they think you are stupid for caring or because they dont need to network to survive they are very likely telling you that because they have witnessed first hand the way the numbers game tears people to shreds in terms of mental health and motivation

I'm pretty sure you can tell the order of the protag names from the villian names. For example, Osvald is the first O because of Harvey, and Temenos is the first T from Arcanette (HTAPOTCO)
Anyway, just wanted to let you know if you didn't already 👉👈 I really love your art!
Yeah I've heard about that alternative order! Which is confusing given that the game itself promotes the other order, but I'd like to think of the villain order as like, the secret/lore order (the Moonshade Order if you will LOL)! It's really cool tho!!
And thank you!! 🥹🫶

My final new design that I'm making for Anime North and it's a double-sided acrylic standee ft. travelers from both OT1 and OT2! It'll also have a holo-glass effect to give it that extra ✨sparkle ✨!
It will also be added to my Etsy at some point!

Just for added measure, here's my shop link! Sometimes Tumblr is mean and doesn't display the link properly the first time but will fix itself when you put in the same link again for some reason OTL
