I love coconut and coconut milk/water…There are at least 30 varieties of Coconut in Thailand…This one is a new one to me and only grows in the south of Thailand a first for me the cost is 10 times more than a bog standard coconut as this is a rarity…sent to my DIL by her brother… Tik bought it for me to try…as she knows how much I love discovering new foods… The water is thicker than the normal…

CarolCooks2... A heatwave and my laptop woes ...
Just a few lines…we are having a sudden extra hot spell and normally it doesn’t bother my laptop. Still, it seems that when it gets hot my right-click thingamajig gets stuck…then the problems start…using a mouse doesn’t work. There are a couple of really slow and most times annoying workarounds…this means my poor laptop has to go to the laptop hospital thus my presence on here will be…
