Swimming incident at Diavolos pool

Seeing as it was particularly hot in the Devildom today, MC asked if they could use Diavolo's pool. MC was just floating in a blowup donut with their legs in the water. After a short while, Dia came out and decided to join them.

"I decided to take the day off" Dia beamed as he brought as many floaties as he could carry into the pool with him.

He dumped them in the shallow end and stood on the side of the pool MC was closest too.

"Would you like something to drink?" Dia asked MC.

MC got out of the pool and walked over to Dia.

"Are you sure you're able to take the day off? Is Barbatos okay with that? And what about Lucifer?" MC asked, crossing their arms.

Diavolo laughed.

"It's cute you're worried about us, but don't worry MC. Everything is under control" Dia said with a smile.

"Now what do you say we enjoy our day off?" Dia asked.

"Alright," MC smiled back at him.

With that, Dia picked up MC and threw them into the pool, he giggled a little as soon as they hit the water.

After a second Dia didn't see MC come back up, and instead saw them flailing beneath the surface.

His face dropped and he quickly dive into the pool. He scooped MC up in his arms and swam to the surface. He went to an area he could stand. As soon as MCs head was above the surface, Dia apologized a thousand times a minute.

MC coughed a little bit before patting Dia's chest.

"It's okay, it's okay. In all fairness I probably should have told you that I can't swim," MC laughed a little.

Needless to say, Dia spent the rest of the afternoon looking like a kicked puppy and doting on MC endlessly.

MC being a general in 8 wars

- this definitely caused a little bit of involuntary stuff in regards to MC

- whether it's flinching or having too quick of reflexes

- maybe a lil bit of ptsd

- this effects their relationships with all the brothers

- at first when MC reacts a little too quick to catch something or knows a lot more than they should about some devildom history questions, the brothers don't think much of it, just that MC is a little quirky

- then they start spacing out and getting caught in their own world

- this is when the brothers, lucifer in particular, watch their patterns

- patterns of someone who has seen a lot and analyzes every choice they make, looking at all the possible outcomes

- he eventually asks MC in a subtle way about their past, and gets quite an unexpected answer

- he learns a newfound respect for MC

- mammon only picked up on it when he lost in a pillow fight against MC

- mammon never loses pillow fights

- he usually isn't that observant but when it comes to his human, you bed he is

- he just comes out with a flurry of questions and doesn't hold back

- MC answers every single one

- then MC got to ask him a lot of questions too

- it was bonding over learning more about each other

- levi's experience was similar to mammons

- MC whooped his but in a first person shooter RPG game

- he made jokes about them being good from real life experience like him

- that's when MC confessed that was the truth

- this started a long conversation about war stories and what it's like to be a general

- satan and MC were studying when he accidentally asked a few questions out loud and MC responded to each of them correctly

- he then started asking more on purpose just to see what they knew

- then it started getting oddly specific about the mysterious general that no one knew commanded the legendary seize of eight

- he pieced it together himself

- needless to say he became history BFFs with MC

- asmo and MC were just gossiping when old stories slipped up from MC

- that's when asmo did his questioning thing to get all the details out of MC

- and of course because he's asmo he got the details

- he teases MC about it every now and then

- beel was simply hungry and wanted to get some food out of the fridge when he caught MC sleep waking in the kitchen

- he does not know he's not supposed to wake a sleep walker

- he will not make the same mistake twice

- MC literally leg-locked him and tackled him to the floor

- MC snapped out of it and apologized

- that's when beel asked how they did that

- they got to talking and chatting over snacks as they stuffed their faces

- belphie simply just asked after he heard one of his brothers slip up on some details

- MC told him without hesitation

- then he asked what he won (referring to chapter 16)

- and that's when MC told him it's because they let him

- belphie is now very scared of MC
