I don't think they ever really explain how Doflamingo ends up flying into town with Law like in the manga they just kinda show up outta nowhere so Luffy can see Doffy shoot him, I like to think it was some kind of last minute escape tactic that Law tried and Doffy just caught him and fucking threw him halfway across the island
