Book of Righteousness

I finally have my hands on my copy of Mo Dao Zu Shi vol.1 and it is a thing of beauty! (*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)

It comes with a Book of Righteousness (雅正集 Yǎzhèng jí) notebook written by the author which lists some of the Gusu Lan Sect rules. Here is a translation of the content:

Gusu Lan Sect family rules

Do not work after 9 pm

Do not rise after 5 am

Do not be difficult with food

Do not drink alcohol

Do not stoop while standing

Do not slouch while sitting

Do not eat more than three bowls

Do not make an uproar

Do not hurry rashly

Do not smile for no reason

Hi all I finally joined the playlist party, I thought it’d be fun to create my own WangXian playlist but not random, one that with a mix of various songs/song vibes/titles and lyrics that tell their story because I’m such a nerd. 

The music is divided into different arcs and separated by Untamed tracks ^0^. Might update sometimes!~~ and ofc feel free to share your own take, who knows I may pick up some and add them:D.

Until @tonyglowheart reminded me, I’d forgotten there is an extended/alternate version of the Chapter 111 sex scene that was only in the Traditional Chinese hard copy of MDZS.  So this is basically, MXTX’s revised-revised version of the scene, and likely the closest to her actual intent?  It’s more explicit than the other versions.

Luckily, there’s a nice translation of it.   It only covers the second half of the scene.  So all my quotes are going to be thanks to @bigbadredpanda.

Lions save kidnapped girl (it’s an old story, but...)

A 12-year-old girl from Ethiopia was kidnapped by two men who tried to force her to marry one of them and that they even tried to rape her.

Suddenly, a pack of lions come out of nowhere and attack the mens; her kidnapper barely made it out alive (Those bastards)

The lions protected her for a day and an half and they have waited the family and the Ethiopia police to find the girl before they left

A wildlife expert said :”A young girl whimpering could be mistaken for the mewing sound from a lion cub, which in turn could explain why the lions didn't eat her”

Ok, this is why I prefer animals to humans
