In your rewrite there is also Thoren (Sky's cousin and Daphne's boyfriend/husband) I don't know in the show he's not well-developed but in my opinion he's an interesting character. And if he exists in your Au does he have a relationship with Daphne (he has a purpose in your au she comes back alive or remains a spirit)?
I honestly don't think I have watched much of him - I kinda stopped after season 4! But the idea of him is definitely interesting (he could act as a foil for Sky and a potential relationship with Daphne is an idea to explore).
I haven't decided if Daphne would become corporeal again - I think I am leaning towards yes, she does (there are so many different ways then to take the story line especially between her and Bloom).
If she did come back, I would look at fleshing out Thorens character and potentially creating a relationship between them.

I would just like to say, love your stuff, the world building and characters of my childhood that was winx club feels even more full. My heart is even more happy
Do you have any idea about the nobility of each system? Who is the most important?
How will Diaspro and Sky's engagement play out since her planet broke off? If you can tell it yet.
Thank you!! I love to hear that you are enjoying my ideas!
I haven't really had too much thoughts about the specific nobility layout for each system - and I think a lot of them would be the same in terms of a Monarch, then high ranking military personnel and Duke/Duchesses etc.
I think the Diaspro and Sky engagement question is super interesting! And I have been thinking about it! The reason that the engagement was finalised in the first place was that Eraklyon saw an opportunity to siphon funds and military support from Isis. The civil war at the time was out of control in the outer planets of the System and was beginning to seep into Eraklyon itself.
Isis, while wealthy and having established trade routes, does not have a large presence in the Magical Dimension, and wanted some of Eraklyon's political power and standing. It was a win-win for both parties. The engagement would have essentially allowed Isis a way back into the Eraklyon System politically, while still being independent.
I think I could add to this heaps! but maybe through a chapter snippet? Let me know what you think!

Hi, in your post about Stella I saw that when you referred to her mother you wrote about the House of Ilkay. I was wondering if you belong to another royal family on Solaria or a noble one. I'm very confused.
This post here might help :) it does a deep dive into Solaria and Ilkay: https://www.tumblr.com/changer00/646353569259372544/winx-club-headcanons-solaria-and-its-history?source=share

Hi! I just found your blog and have fallen in with your Winx rewrites. That was me doing the mass likes/reblogs 😆
I was reading your post on Domino that there are male fairies. Would they attend Alfea or is there another separate all boy's school for them in your headcanon? Will be a post about them in the future?
Love what your doing btw 💞🧚🏻👸✨
Thank you so much!!! Glad your liking the way my thought process is going!
I probably won't do a separate post - at least not soon - but have some comments below:
They get taught in the Domino System (like most Dominian fairies do).
The Domino College of Magical Arts only allows Domino citizens to attend and is co-ed. With about a ratio of 80:20 females to male.
Though fairies can do years at other magical school, like Alfea, for different electives.

Lord Darkar, The Shadow Phoenix
When the Magic Dimension was created, scholars believe that it mirrored another dimension called Achlys.  It is thought that because that dimension was dying out, with magical cores of both planets and people imploding and dying, the Great Dragon created a new dimension for magic to thrive – the Magic Dimension.
Lord Darkar was once a King, or a high standing noble, in Achlys.  He had extreme power over shadows and darkness, however, he was loyal and compassionate to those around him.  However, as his kingdom was dying and his wife’s magic beginning to kill her, he made a deal with the Moirai (the ancient deities of Fate) that would allow him to save his dying wife.  In this exchange, he had to give up his mortal body in order for him to absorb magical energy.  When he tried to absorb his wife’s magical core, it ultimately destabilised and killed her, and Darker was unable to heal her injuries.
His wife’s death is what saw his descent into madness and what gained him his reputation for being the Prince of Darkness and the opposite to the Great Dragon. In order to bring back his wife, Darkar tried absorbing as many magical cores as he could in Achlys to try and bring his wife back from the dead. His rampage, along with the destabilisation of Achlys saw the complete genocide of the Dimension, with only Darkar left.  Once he was the only living sole in Achlys, he opened a portal to the magical dimension, believing the Great Dragon’s Flame would be able to revive his wife – but this effort put him in stasis until the Dragon Flame’s instability in Bloom awakened him.
Darkar is unable to feel anything but negative emotions, and thrives on the hatred and vulnerability of others.  While his powers are based on shadow magic, he also has strong transformative abilities such as being able to transform himself into the Phoenix and occasionally other people.  He is also able to create “shadow monsters” from those whose magical core he has absorbed.  Further he is able to influence others greatly, when they let him into their mind.  Darker is well versed in magical rituals and rights, often using these to enhance his magic.
Darkar’s connection to Achlys and his deal with the Moirai elevated him to a higher-level transformation – essentially making him indestructible.  The Moirai, through their ritual made him the deity of Pure Darkness, in order to bring balance to the Pure Light that the Great Dragon bought. Darkar despises that he cannot die and be with his wife, and because of this he will bring destruction to everything until he can bring her back.

Do you have any headcanon of interactions between Trix and specialists
Not really! The main one is Darcy and Riven - their relationship would be drastically different than in cannon. But other than that nothing really comes to mind.

Ooh how does tecna’s family feel about her being apart of a group like the winx esp as they become in a way more regarded as fairies.
In the beginning they all hate it. They freeze her out of the family, saying that her obvious and public role in fairy politics has brought shame to her family.
It isn't until Tecna closes the gateway between the Omega Dimension and the Zenith System that some of the older brothers begin reaching out to her and forming proper connections.
However, her parents and some of her more high-ranking siblings continue to look down on her. While they seem to accept her when the Magix's public eye and media is on them, in their home she is still considered an outcast.

can you specify what profession winx and specialists do?
Ok, I definitely have some ideas, but not all of them completely fleshed out:
First you have your royals:
Stella: Her title becomes High Queen Stella Hyperiona Selene Aelius of House Solaria, Solaria’s Guardian Fairy of Light. Her role is obviously to rule the Solarian System. Once she becomes Queen she gives up her title as the High Fairy of the Solarian System as she can't hold both titles consecutively
Sky: Holds the title of High King Schuyler Julien Frederic Bougaimoux VI of the Eraklyon System. Her also hold other military titles, but steps away from the more military based day to day work once he takes the throne.
Aisha: Her formal title becomes Reigning Monarch Aisha Anahita Ara Bilal of House Andros. She still does some Guardian Fairy work, but she cannot take the position on full time.
Then your consorts:
Bloom: While Bloom is technically Sky's consort, due to her standing in the Magic Dimension she takes the title High Queen Bloom Cyra Eithne Kenna Bizeveron of the Eraklyon System. When she marries Sky she also must return the Dragon Fire to the Heart of Domino through the Passing of the Flame Ceremony, which reduces the Bloom to her original abilities. This for Bloom is a struggle, but she does become a Guardian Fairy of Eraklyon and an ambassador for many magical councils on Magix. She also does some occasional teaching at Alfea and has even been considered for Nympdom.
Brandon: Brandon does become Stella's consort, but his main title is in Commander and Chief of the Solarian Army. He often deals with military issues and security issues within both the Solarian System and Magix.
Your Specialists:
Riven: Riven, when leaving Red Fountain, had no idea what he wanted to do. He did some security work on Magix for a bit, but it wasn't until Stella offered him a role on her security council as a private contractor, did he love his job. Riven ends up working this role for several years, and then does other security work while still assisting Stella and her team.
Timmy: Remains on Magix and while he does some specialist work, such as high-profile piloting and weapon work, he does mainly do integrated magical core science work and study. He also in his very little spare time does some teaching, both at Red Fountain and Magix's Collage of Applied Sciences.
Helia: Helia returns to the Liphean System to fulfil his role as Duke. However, he is in the public eye for peace and reconciliation talks, often advocating for peaceful negotiations or solutions to conflict. This often takes him to war zones or small skirmishes in which he is a mediator for these issues.
Then the rest of the Winx:
Musa: She still does enter the music industry and spends most of her free time at recording studios both producing her own songs and others. However, she does remain a Guardian Fairy of Melody.
Tecna: she does become a Guardian Fairy of one of the four planet s in the Zenith System. She tries to change the system from the inside and make life better for magical beings on Zenith. However, some time with no results, she leaves and joins Timmy doing magical integrated technology work and magical core study.
Flora: Flora becomes a Guardian Fairy of the Linphean System and she loves her work helping people with big and small problems. She also does peace talk works, but mainly between bridging the social gap between fairies and witches.

what are the Winx brothers and sisters called, and what role do they play
I haven't put too much thought into this other than family dynamics and how it impacted the Winx growing up and their life at Alfea. I wrote about it briefly here: https://www.tumblr.com/changer00/711219460984504320/i-read-that-you-gave-flora-an-older-brothersister?source=share
But some more quick thoughts below (no names yet unfortunately):
Both Stella and Musa are only children,
Bloom grew up with an only child mentality, but when she entered the Magical Dimension she had Daphane,
Aisha is extremely close with her three brothers, and they provided a very calming aspect to her childhood. often allowing and enabling her to sneak out past the palace walls and visiting the local communities. In terms of the role they play, they would not often be seen outside of Andros. They would play a supportive role when Aisha's arranged marriage with Nabu is unveiled, but otherwise, they would not play a large role storyline wise.
Tecna's eight brothers are all older than her, and due to Zenithan culture none of them have been very close with Tecna. While they do have bonds as siblings, duty and image comes first and this stagnated their relationship. Their role would probably come in when Tecna gains her Exchanitx. Tecna gains her Exchantix when she closes the open gateway between the Omega Dimension and Zenith (see here for more info: https://www.tumblr.com/changer00/672249008677404672/i-love-your-winx-lore-do-you-have-any-ideas-for?source=share). It would be Tecna's sacrifice for a system that despises her kind that see some of her brother reach out and begin supporting her.
Flora and Miele are still extremely close, and Miele is the reason Flora gains her Enchantix, however, her relationship with her older sister is much more complicated. The relationship with her older sister would impact Flora more emotionally and would provide background to her more quiet nature and wanting to please.

How do dark fairies work I'm your hcs?
Dark fairies are an interesting concept. They can occur one of two ways:
Where a fairy has completely settled into her winx form and has gained her wings and then turns to negative emotions to fuel her magic. Because she has gained her wings and her magical core has stabilized around positive emotion magic, she would be unable to use traditional forms of witch magics. These intense emotions such as anger, jealously, rejection, hatred and abandonment then corrupt the fairies magic core leaving her with access only to 'dark magic'.
Ritual magic corruption: A good example of this is when Darkar turns Bloom into a dark fairy. Doing this is extremely dangerous for both parties as it puts a huge strain on both magical core and interlocks them together. Essentially, the fairy who is turned 'dark' is a puppet of the other magic user and often these rituals turn the fairy into a shell. If the bond is forcibly broken or the bonder is killed, the fairy will also die or lose all magic ability.

Ooo wouldn’t blooms age make it difficult too? If donimo fell centuries ago then it doesn’t make sense for her to suddenly reappear as the long lost princess at the tender age of 16/17/18 (?)
My way around this would be that in her haste Daphne not only sent her through space (from Domino to Earth) but also through time!

It’s so interesting to think ab how Dominos demise is perceived in the magic dimension bc it’s not like it’s been hundreds of years since the system was basically wiped
Like the reality is that it’s only been 16 years (based on blooms return to the magic universe) and that’s nothing in the context of history !
Oh definitely!
Though I will admit I haven't decided if Dominos fall occurred centuries ago or if it did only happen recently. Both have there pro's and con's.
For the first option, it would mean that the magical community has moved on and re-established itself without its most powerful system. It would mean that Bloom feels like an outcast for growing up on Earth as well as coming from a long-lost system. In this case, many people, while acknowledging the loss either don't remember the war fought or view it as some type of myth. It would also make Dominos reintegration much harder, when the system is revived.
For option two, the war would be fresh, with many people scared of their neighbors and the anti-witch sentiment would be rife throughout Magix. This would make the Trix's rise to power that much more frightening for everybody. It would mean that armies are either in full swing or only just being disbanded, and the economical climate would also be suffering. It could bring an interesting side plot of financial differences between nobles and normal people.
So many options!

How hard would it be for a preteen fairy to gain enchantix with no formal magic training but extensive self taught experience.
Extremely difficult!
While it probably could be achieved, it is highly likely that their magic would be unstable or destablise over time. A fairy could potentially commit a self-sacrifice; however, their core could reject the transformation, leaving them without the ability to transform at all.
In modern Magix, due to the well-known dangers of magic and magic casting, most fairies receive some form of education. Meaning it is highly unlikely that a fairy who gains Enchantix has not been trained in some format. In fact, it was the large number of deaths, injury and loss of wings from those trying to gain the Enchantix form that saw Alfea open many centuries ago.

How does the Andros system work? There is a Sovereign of the sea and one of the land, and is it a coincidence that they are brothers?
The Andros System has two monarchies, the "Monarch for Androsian Land" and the "Monarch of the Oceans".
The two monarchies have always been closely linked, as the first Monarch for Androsian Land was the eldest daughter of the Monarch of the Oceans. Over the centuries, it has been common for intermarriage between the two royal houses to occur and because of this it is not a co-incidence that the current Ruler of the Ocean and Aisha's father, Teredor, are siblings.

How do pixies work in your hcs?
I think they would be pretty similar to what they are in canon tbh. I would definitely flesh them out more, but their purpose would remain very similar.
Pixies have the ability to bond with other magical creatures, not just fairies. But they also have the ability to bond to magical places as well, if there is enough latent magic in the space.
Pixies, because of their elongated lifespan, often bond with magical beings to help them accomplish goals or better their magic abilities.

How does darkar work in your hcs
I'm going to do a piece on him! But essentially I'm thinking that he comes from another dimension, hence why his magic is so different from what we se in the rest of the series.

How does passing on the surname work?
A Crown Royals surname will always be passed on, such that the high monarchy name never changes.
Nobles take the higher ranking of the two surnames, however, if they are of the same rank, the surname passed on is the one with a higher caliber of magical linage.
For everyone else, it is dependent on the System, but most families take the male surname, or they hyphenate or merge.
