Day three
My binging was not completely terrible. It was the norm- cereal and chocolate. I need to read more of the book. It inspired me the first day I read it. I need more hope and inspiration. 
I’m preparing to be more whole food based. I tried seaweed at Costco the other day, and I’ve decided that would be a good salty snack to enjoy. I also tried a variation of golden milk and am excited to add it to my diet. Turmeric is really beneficial for health and inflammation. I’m hoping it helps with my unfortunate 21 year old acne and gut issues.

I started off okay, but cereal must be my trigger. It went downhill quickly and I didn't even try to stop myself. I WILL do better tomorrow.

Tonight begins my documentation of how I become healthy and happy again.
I binged this morning, but am intermittent fasting tonight until 10 tomorrow. I’ve also began reading “Never Binge Again,” so here is to the beginning that will not end this time.
