the night before
go to bed at a good time for you. this all depends on who you are and how much sleep u need to wake up well rested
heres a sleep timer so u can wake up when its best for your body
if you have to get up at a certain time, set your alarm go off 30, 15, and 5 minutes before you actually need to be up so you can wake up gradually nd without as much stress
if you like your alarm to be music, set it to be a calm song 30 min before and set louder/quicker songs as you get closer to the actual wake up time
wear warm pjs!!!! if its cold outside, ur not gonna want to get out of bed if you have a t shirt on. plus if u wear warm n fuzzy pjs its like you take your bed w you
waking up
just force urself to do it. its hard. i know. but life will be less stressful if you just get out of bed quickly instead of laying there awake trust me
maybe put your alarm on the other side of the room so you have to get up to turn it off??
splash cold water on ur face to really wake you up
listen to happy songs to get u motivated for the day 
heres a playlist of good songs
exercise
only do this if you have the time, but its really good to exercise in the morning ok even just a lil bit
its better to do before breakfast so u don’t get cramps
maybe go for a 10 min run or do some yoga!!
heres a beginner yoga routine that seems good??

ya gotta have one esp if you need to be somewhere (work/school) early
doesn’t have to be too defined but just some idea of when u need to be doing things to get where u need to go on time
mine is:
wake up- 6am
get ready (shower, hair, makeup, etc)- until 6:45am
eat breakfast- until 7am
pack my bag and chill- until 7:20am when i get on the bus!!!

that’s it!! if you don’t need to be anywhere early, take your time and plan out your day in the morning so you can be productive!! if you do need to be somewhere then get there on time n stress free!!!!!
